Description of Work: I called in the morning and was told they didn't have a water heater for me in stock but would check on availability. Less than 2 hours later I had an appointment for that afternoon. The work was done efficiently. The workers were friendly and helpful.

Description of Work: My husband had installed a hot water heater and the water pressure was very low. Ken Dixon plumbing came out, identified the problem and fixed it and charged us for the service call only.

Description of Work: We purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $99 for Two Hours of Plumbing Labor. That turned out pretty well. The provider worked with my husband and he said they did good job. He changed 2 faucets and installed new ones. He was going to change the one for the bath tub. He said that he would have break the tub and we appreciated that and decided against it.

Description of Work: Ken Dixon Plumbing completed a service call related to water pressure as controlled by a street side regulator. The service tech uncovered the regulator after some spirited digging and confirmed that the street side pressure was more than adequate to run my irrigation system, although it was too much for the house. We agreed to install a regulator in my garage where it will be easier to adjust and will allow the sprinkler system to operate at unregulated city pressure, but allow the regulation of household pressure. Their estimate for the work (to be performed in May 11) was quite resonable. Although the work has not been done, my initial contact and service has been excellent!
