Description of Work: I had them install two Mitsubishi Mini-split Heat Pumps, one 9000 BTU and one 12000 BTU. They did a very good looking install and left nothing to clean up. They are one of the few Mitsubishi-authorized dealers in Dallas, but I'm planning on using them for future service calls, should they be needed.

Professional meeting with salesman who presented three options and was informitive (and also not pushy, was very nice to work with). The two installers came as instructed, worked hard to remove old unit and install the new one. cleaned up after visit. works great! I would use them again.

Description of Work: My husband was very pleased with the service received from Tempo. Greg came back numerous times trying his best to have the air conditioner running cold from all the vents. He did duct improvements, added a return air grill and did damper maintenance but was unable to increase the airflow throughout the house. My husband called Greg's supervisor, Jerold, to express his dissatisfaction and Jerold credited the entire amount of $554 back to our Visa. My husband was 100% satisfied and would call them back in an instant if we have a future need for that type of service and will recommend them to anyone who asks!
