Description of Work: They did a maintenance checkup on the outdoor unit. They cleaned the trash and dirt out of the unit and hosed it down. It was fine.

Description of Work: Wonderful service! My 2 story 1983 condo has both units on the roof. To get to the units meant a 50 ft. ladder. David Cummons, the service provider, had no trouble or hesitation there. Also to get to into the attic he had to fit through a small crawl space. He actually took a look on the roof for me for a leak I was concerned about also! So I got a two fer. I wish he was a roofer also. He serviced the unit and found the problem in no time. Charles Sewell, the service manager on call when I called last Saturday was also very patient and helpful. He listened to my concern about units on the roof and said "I think we can handle it"....the first company I had called wouldn't do it... And they gave me the 10% discount on parts as advertised here.! Great, nice folks!
