They were excellent. They did a wonderful job installing the windows and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. You have constant access to a project manager for any issues or concerns and they come out to check on the quality of work the crew is doing. They also offer a lot of other projects. Will definitely be using them again!

It went very well. Everyone from sales to the installers were professional and did an excellent job. The doors look great!

They arrived on time at 8:30am and were finished by 4:30pm. The project manager was very informative about what would be done. They helped move furniture in order to get to the windows. Windows are a bit more expensive but well worth the price. I can clean the outdoor windows from inside the house. The noise from outside is greatly reduced. Energy bill should be reduced by 33 percent. We really like our windows.

It was an easy and wonderful experience! From the first guy who knocked on my door, to the one who came for the demonstration, to the actual workers who came for installation and the follow up gentleman who talked about the quote for the remaining windows. All were professionals and extremely friendly, nice and helpful. I love my windows. They are the best!

All in all it went well. The install team was great. They were patient with me while I moved a few things out of the way the morning of the install; it was a failure on my part to handle that prior to the install day. The lifetime warranty is excellent.

We are extremely happy with the work we had done. Because of the extent of the projects we had several different crews out over a period of about 6 weeks. They were all very professional, hard working crews. They were also polite, willing to answer questions or find out answers by contacting the appropriate department by phone. They were personable and easy to have around. There was nothing left for us to clean up after each of the projects was complete - the crew did an exceptional job of that. We also needed some replacement window glass in one area of the new windows. They immediately acknowledged the need. The glass was ordered and replaced without any problems at all. It is hard to find companies anymore that give such positive service. Two words that describe Power: QUALITY and SERVICE. When we have more work to be done, we will definitely be using Power again.

This company was going door to door to solicit business in my neighborhood. Since I needed new gutters, I scheduled a time for them to come quote for gutters and possibly windows. They required my husband to be home at the time of the appointment. I understand their reasoning, but this is an extremely sexist policy. I remodeled our house and have scheduled all home improvement appointments without my husband being present and can manage perfectly well on my own. Their rep shows up at 6pm (because my husband had to be present). He is very nice and informative, but, typically, providing a quote takes no more than 30 minutes. You take some measurements, do some calculations and then you are done. This appointment lasted over 2 hours. It was more a sales pitch than just providing a simple quote. If they told me to block out 2 hours of time for this appointment, I would have canceled. I understand that they want to tell us about how great all of their products are, but I do not require a power point presentation to make decisions. Their quote was about double what I was expecting as well, making the 2 hours we spent listening to them completely pointless. While I do think this company is probably a good company to use if you can afford them, I would not hire them due to their long and unnecessary sales pitch, their sexist policies, and their high prices.
