My experience was excellent. The work was done on time and the work men were polite and professional.

I'm really disappointed in the fit and finish with all the windows. I was told the color (which comes at a premium over white) was not a coating, but was imbedded though the vinyl on all the outward facing pieces. Insult to injury to find out out this wasn't true and then to find out the vinyl behind the screens is white, clearly visible from the street view. I really thought Pella was a top rate window, but the ones supplied and installed by Power Home remodel and anything but!!! I really am kicking myself for falling for the high pressure sales and not shopping around.

Everyone involved in the install at my home was very knowledgeable. Questions were answered and we were very happy with the information we were given. Their initial inspection of our property was very informative and we were showed problems that we didn't realize existed. We were able to fix problems that would have been serious issues in the future. We will definitely use Power Home Remodeling for our next project.

Everything in my project was done seamlessly. Every person I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Door to door window sales that sounds great, but the actual work is very sloppy. So much damage, we had to hire a contractor to repair and fix the damage. Chipped, cracked, and scraped drywal and base boards. Really sloppy caulking too. Looked really unprofessional when it was complete. Finger prints and hand prints everywhere. They had a rep out to review the work and offered zero help with the remediation of the amazingly sloppy job. I do not recommend working with power.

PHR did a fantastic job replacing our windows with much nicer and more energy-efficient models. From the sales process with Andrew and on through installation, customer service was great. The new windows (8) were installed all in one day. They look fantastic and allowed us to remove our solar screens.

I had nine windows replaced which went smooth and efficient. The install has helped to better insulate my home!

To expensive and don’t like the quality. To many lies told throughout the process. Was told they were going to come fix the problems and nobody has come.

Smoothly. Every aspect of the installation was planned and carried out accordingly. The organization was unbelievable.

There sales agent Pablo verbally attacked me in my house. After asking 3 timet for the quote they promised he wouldn't stop what he was doing or give me the new estimate. Then he stole the previous estimate I had received from a different sales person and the information card with the direct phone number of the person who I had worked with at Sam's club. When I told him that was mine he said I didn't need it and he guaranteed they wouldn't be doing work for me. Thankfully I still have the card of the previous sales person with the office number. After he left it took a friend an hour to calm me down from my hysterics. After 2 hours I am still extremely upset.

They were to install seven Windows. The day they showed up they only had five with two on back order. They installed the five and they are fine no problems. They scheduled the other two to be installed two weeks later. The day they were to show up they called say the frames arrived cracked and they would not be out. They reordered them and rescheduled two weeks later. The day they were to show up they called with the same message cracked frames again. They reordered the windows again and rescheduled the installation for two weeks later. The day of installation they called to say the windows arrived with the wrong colored frames and they would not be out. They have reordered them again and are to be here on February seventh. They are not willing to offer any kind of a discount for all our inconvenience. They are blaming the manufacturer and are not willing to take any responsibility for this issue. I would not recommended this company to anyone.

Great experience from start to finish! Got all 18 windows replaced. Cody, our sales consultant did a great job explaining all the window features and benefits. Took his time to ensure that we had all of our questions answered and were sure of what we were buying. The project manager (don't remember his name) was right on time to get the offical measurements. On installation day had a full crew show up right on time. Carlos and his guys were very professional and got right to work. They made sure all floors and furniture were covered inside and the same on the bushes and ground outside. Made quick work of getting all the old windows out. Installation went very smooth. Finished on time. Haven't found a single shard of glass! They really cleaned up great. Windows look fabulous! Love all the features and ease of use. Looking forward to all the energy saving they will give over our old single pane. Great job Carlos and Cody!

Great price, great product and easy process. They walked us through from quote to finished install. Very professional. We liked them so much we're having the remaining windows replaced as well.

I just had 8 windows installed today by Power Home Remodeling. I was so excited when I ordered them and couldn't wait until the install. They look great!! My neighbors came to check it all out during the install and will be back tomorrow to see the finished project. I'm so proud of them. The men who installed the windows came in and went straight to work, they rotated taking a short lunch break, completing the entire job in 6 hours. They cleaned up behind themselves, leaving no evidence of any work done today, just the new windows. A project inspector came about midway through to make sure all was going good looking things over. Through final inspection, one of the men walked me through examining each window and showing me how they operate. Yes, the windows were a bit pricey. Over the last year, I had been looking at various windows and companies. I was shown some very good windows but the comparison to quality and cost I feel I made the right decision. In short, I should say "so far, so very good".

The door is beautiful! Everyone I talked to from sales to installers were very friendly, helpful, and professional! The installers cleaned up behind themselves. Everything has a lifetime Power warranty! I'm very pleased!

The work was excellent. They were on time and very professional. All questions were answered and they followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the window installation.

Power came out prompt and crew has been hardworking, sheetmetal work is poor quality, they left exposed sharp metal, didn't seal metal they installed at bottom of windows prior to window installation, and didn't repair even after I pointed out problems. When trying to explain what problems were I was treated like I was stupid, and was given comments like "that's the way they do it". After cleanup there were pieces of broken glass left everywhere, on bedspread, in carpet, on bare floors, on furniture, and behind doors. Very sloppy cleanup. I was told by "salesman" that they only used paintable silicone sealant. They didn't even use silicone they used a cheap caulk. During installation I wanted to spray open wall areas, even told the job boss, I was never told, so windows were installed without treatment. When I ask why I was told "they thought I just wanted to check for carpenter ants." When power representative came out, he was more interested in selling me an overpriced $3300 walk in door to my garage than he was in fixing my issues and wanted an online review of work before it was even completed while he was sitting there. I am now questioning the quality of the windows they installed, because if they cut corners on install, they probably cut corners on window quality. These windows are very expensive and I expected quality, professional work that I did not get. I have been a licensed electrical and mechanical contractor for over 40 years, so I know a lot about quality workmanship. My recommendation is to not use Power Home Remodeling if you are expecting premium installation for the premium price they charge.

They were on time and did a very professional job removing and replacing my windows. The cleaned up and didn't leave a mess after they were finished. The project manager called me after the installers were done to make sure we were satisfied.

It went extremely well. Power did their usual excellent job. We started out getting 6 new windows. We then installed new 6 inch Gutters that are fantastic. We were so pleased with the company & their work, when it came time to replace the roof, we wanted to use them again. When we setup the new roof we decided to install 6 more new windows as well. We are so happy with our new roof, gutters, and our 12 windows from Power. We will replace the remaining windows with windows from Power over time. Power has quality products, uses quality contractors, & does a quality job.

I would like to recommend Power Home Remodeling as a company that has a great product in any service they offer. I have purchased 6 replacment windows from them 2 years ago and about to install 6 more windows next month. The windows have kept my house both warm in the winter & cool in the summer. They have a lifetime warranty and look beautiful. Last year we replaced out gutters with their 6" gutters & downspouts that are one piece extruded gutters. They look Great! They too have a lifetime warranty. They just recently completed replacing our roof with their roofing system. It is a beautiful roof that has a one of a kind ventilation system without turbines & has a lifetime warranty. They say what they do & then they do what they say.

Every person we came in contact with was down to earth and professional. Cleaned everything after they were finished and our new windows look amazing!
