I recently moved into the house and I saw few wasps around the house. The Moxie guy was at my door and at first I dint decide If I should go with them or not. Later, he explained me what they do and it was quite impressive. The guy who came did all the exterior and interior of the house. He charged me $99 for the first visit. He said, he will come back in one month, to remove all the eggs etc ,but will charge me again with another 100 bucks (a bit disappointing). There are lot of other providers that give good deals. I dont think, I will choose them again.

Jason (in training) and Jon (trainer) were cordial as usual with other Moxie members are. They apllied the quarterly treatment with additional attention to problem areas where we had ants in the yard.

Jordan Johnson from Moxie Pest Services knocked on our door this past week to tell us about Moxie Pest Services. He was clean cut and professional wearing a nice jacket noting the company's name. We have a pest control company that we have been happy with, but I had planned on looking into other companies on Angie's List to compare pricing since it had been a few years since I last looked. I was rushing out the door so Jordan agreed to come back in the evening to give us his spiel. There were two things that Moxie did that our other company did not: (1) take a brush and clean under the eaves for spider webs or hornet nests; and (2) spray the entire lawn for fire ants at every quarterly service. Our current company only sprayed once a year and then bated as needed, which is about 6 times/year with our lawn. I liked the idea of a more aggressive treatment. I still had one treatment with my old company left (this month), so Moxie waived their first treatment since I had already paid for a treatment with another company. I told Jordan the only thing holding me up from signing the contract was looking them up on Angie's List. I pulled up their reviews while Jordan waited. There were 12 reviews at the time: all A. We scheduled a tech to come out the following day. Dustin Mears arrive as scheduled and was just as professional as Jordan. He asked how old my son was since they request children under 1 years old to leave the house for 4 hours. He also inquired about pets and whether or not I had any pest concerns or questions in general. He did a thorough job (I loved seeing the undersides of my eaves being cleaned). Upon completion Dustin went through what he had done, reminded me that they would be back for a second treatment in a month to kill the hatching eggs of the adult pests they had just killed, and asked if I had any questions. They are only a few dollars less than my old company, but I feel they do more for the money and are more aggressive at preventing pests, which is why I use a pest control company in the first place. Additionally, a rep from their office called to go through everything that Jordan had discussed to make sure I understood everything and to answer any unanswered questions. I like the professionalism, thoroughness in treatment and excellent communication and follow-through.

At first I was a little weirded out when some random guy knocked my door and was offering a deal...but I'm really glad I talked to him. Anyone I've dealt with has been first class; the salesman, the technicians are clean cut and true professionals and I the office is easy to work with. I was really happy with my old company but Moxie makes everyone else look like amateurs. If you're lucky enough for one of their sales guys to knock the door answer it and just go with it, you won't regret it!

I hired Moxie Pest Services for annual pest control. They do quarterly treatments and will come back if you have any problems in between for free. Angie in the office set up everything and was very proficient. Chris with Moxie did our initial service. He showed up on time, was very efficient and went over all the treatments. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Moxie and look forward to using them in the future.

They do really well. They will do the house inside, and then they do the yard, but if you have an issue inside, they will come and do it. They call before they come, and let you know they are coming.

They also swept the vents under the eaves.

Very good experience. Best customer service I've seen in pest control business. There was a mistake on their end and they made it right and even offered to do more than I expected them to do to make it right. The services they provide for the price are the best I've seen around as well. Highly recommend.

We signed up for the yearly treatment plan. $99 per quarter with initial spray waived. They sprayed and even set rodent traps (none found, but just as precaution). They were extremely professional, punctual and explanatory. Would use them again
