Worst experience ever. DO NOT sign a contract with these people. I’ve had services for over 6 months and the ants are getting WORSE. I’ve asked to be released from my contract so I can pay a pest control company to actually do the job and get the pests under control, they refuse. My 2 year old found herself in an ant pile and to say I’m one hot mama is an understatement. Their treatments have been ineffective and they refuse to acknowledge it. They continue to gaslight and say “the ants will get worse before they get better” “the treatments do work” etc, but the proof is in the pudding! They make no guarantees about their work and their only warranty is offering a “warranty treatment” between quarterly maintenance treatments. They could be coming to sprinkle water on the ants for all I can see and there’s nothing to be done about it because they will not release you from the contract. I wish I had been warned. ZERO STARS!!!

I just had a door-to-door salesman from Moxie Pest Control 5/18/2020. He rang the doorbell. About 10 seconds later he knocked on the door. I put on a facemask and opened the door about 6 inches. He was standing about 2 feet away where he could reach to door to knock on it. He was not wearing a mask or gloves. When he saw I was wearing a mask, he took a step back placing him about 5 feet away. He then started his sales pitch. I said I was not interested and had almost closed the door when he asked, "How do you take care of your bugs?" I repeated, "Not Interested", and closed the door. I did door-to-door sales years ago. I would routinely step back from the door after knocking so the homeowner wouldn't be startled when they opened the door. And that wasn't during a pandemic. He seemed like a pleasant person, but that was very unprofessional. I felt like my safety was far down on his list of concerns. That's not reassuring when someone wants to apply poison chemicals to your home.

i bought an Angies list certificate for one service and made an appointment. They missed appointment and phoned for payment before rescheduling. I told them I had Angies list certificate as payment. I think they came to do service outside., but did not collect certificate. Now I get spam calls for payment. When I asked them to email me so I could end certificate they refused.

Very good. They wiped out the ants and they haven't returned.

It went well. They showed up on time. Sprayed all over the house, pests gone.

The technician, William, was on time and thorough. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He also offered suggestions to prevent pests from returning to our yard and entering our home.

Great! Alex Salazar was our technician and he was very thorough and informative. He took his time, sprayed inside and out, knocked down mud dobbers and wasps nests, and let us know what chemicals he used and where. He also provided information about ongoing routine service. A great experience, so much so that we signed an annual contract.

I asked the provider to send a technician out because I was having a problem with carpenter bees. This service call was in addition to my quarterly service. The tech - Andrew Frankovitch - knew exactly what needed to be done & treated the area. Andrew was very professional & friendly, & deserves to be recognized by name.

They are on a contract. They are fine. I'll give them an A, no reason to think otherwise.

TERRIBLE!!!! DOES NOT WORK!! DO NOT USE!! I'M SO SHOCKED TO SEE THIS COMPANY ON Angieslist!! DO NOT USE!! The sales person came to the house, very nice & polite. We scheduled a treatment, one month after treatment, we still had ants. Called to receive another treatment. They showed up very promptly, no charge for treatment, the next week, we STILL had ants! Called again, the next treatment was paid for since it was first quarter, after 1 month from last treatment, we STILL HAD ANTS!! The product does not work, and I could not keep allowing this company to spraying in and around my house since I have kids and pets. We even tried the "organic" spray! I refused to pay for the rest of my contract and they immediately sent my account to collections. The people were kind and polite, however, THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK!! DO NOT USE!! THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS OR ON THIS SITE. I was looking for pest control and saw this HORRIBLE COMPANIES name and HAD to write a review. I even posted on online. DO NOT USE!!

Jon arrived and he was very courteous and professional. He gave me an excellent review of how termites operate and best treatments. I learned a great deal which was very helpful in determining the method of ongoing termite prevention I want to use. His company advocates the Sentricon system which I believe is very good. I am currently comparing prices and reviews on which company to use for initial installation and maintenance. If I were to go with Moxie for this service I feel confident they would do an excellent job.

The representtave was on time and carefully examined the area for traces of termites and did not see any such traces . They offered a monthly plan for prevention and other servces which I am considering. Very professional and helpful

I pay per quota. They do not leave the premises until they talk to my wife and I. They make sure you are happy with their services and if there any special issues, they make sure they work on it thoroughly. They make sure they do everything we need them to do. Their prices are reasonable.

We get a call every 3 months for when exterminator will come. They work with your schedule. Never had an issue.

very pleased with the service. they are happy to come back out and retreat problem areas at no cost between quarterly visits.

It was very good. They explain things to me a little better than others. They help me with the particular problem that I got. I wanted to get rid of the rats but I don?t want to poison them and go to my pool to get water. They?ve got a different poison that will get them to the water but not to chlorinated water. I have a real problem with rats and that seem to get away. They also put mouse traps in some areas and they come to check on that. They come out whenever I call them so they seem to be pretty responsive. I don?t have anything in particular that I can complain about. They are a little expensive. They are here when they said they will be here. The people are very knowledgeable. They are pretty responsive and they come out within the day. They are on time too. They are very professional and they are great. They educate me and if there is a need to send out two people then they send two people.

They come out quarterly. I do a quarterly maintenance and then if there's a problem, they come out and take care of them for free. If I'm there they'll come inside and spray around the baseboards for spiders, ants, whatever. The mouse actually ran away. I had a problem with sugar ants coming up the drain in my master bathroom. They came out and put some extra stuff in there and that went away. I haven't had any other problem. They're easily pretty good. When you call, the customer service is very friendly and tried to be helpful. The one complaint that I have is that when I did have a mice problem, I called them specifically to have someone come out and take care of the mouse problem, the guy that showed was, hey I'm ready to spray indoors for you. I was, that's not the problem, did anyone tell you why you're here? He didn't know. He offered to put down the boxes for me. I call and schedule them to check the boxes. They had to come out and refill them once before it went away but its pretty much resolved the problem. The pricing is average. They're right in the ballpark of the other pest company that I talked to. They've always turned up exactly when they said they would.

Good: like they were never here....as I'd expect for a regular service - this was for Feb 2015 treatment. We had a wasp problem fall 2014 - called, and they came out right away, treated and inspected. Turns out there was a nest in the chimney. They got a ladder and removed. No addl charge, 2 extra visits. Good service. We had a bag worm attack in 2014 - they treated the trees that were infected. Still lost 1 tree, but bagworms are really hard to control. at least 1 tree was saved. We have pets, I like that moxie uses more environment/pet friendly chems. Bad/not so good: - new tech every time. Not overly comfortable with so many different people coming thru my house - minor concern, but when it's just my wife here during the day.....I'm not completely at ease. Thats why we skip the interior most of the time - only if theres an issue. - rat/mouse traps look like they have not been serviced in a long while, they look all filled up with mud/grass. Doubt they are catching anything. We haven't had any rodent issues, so I'm not complaining. They do put rodent poison down though, so that's what's probably doing the job.

They were good. Their service was more detailed than another pest control I have used. They spent a little more time on the property. They just seemed to know what they were saying. They explained to me what they were doing and everything. Their service people were good too. After the service, we haven’t had any problems with pests. They have a good price.

Everything went good. They are very polite and answer all the question you have. I highly recommend to others for their service.

Service man did a thorough job. Spent time looking from ground to roof for any sign of insects. In summertime the service man rids the exterior of all spiders, spider webs and wasp nests.
