My initial call was answered first thing and I was able to schedule my service call right away too. Was called and texted verifying appointment time and estimated time of arrival. The technician introduced himself right away and was professional Joe got right to work and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. We took his advice seriously as he answered each of our several questions promptly and honestly. Will definitely use American Air again!
