I called American Air because my A/C was blowing warm air. They were friendly and quick to come out. The technician diagnosed the problem, showed me how and where (the condenser) and subsequently fixed it. I would recommend American Air for the fast and friendly service.

The tech that came outâ s name is Joe he was excellent, he came in about 20mins from the time I called and had it diagnosed and fixed within the next hour. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I hope to never need to, but if I do I am sure of who Iâ d call.

Joe was very thorough troubleshooting problem I had with washer overflowing. He went the extra mile and made sure to check all possibilities. Took a lot of pictures to determine the source and found no problems with machine. He explained that the problem was with the drain pipe and that I need to call office and have them flush and resolve.

Joe seemed very experienced and confident in his diagnosis of the issue (bad circuit boards). Unfortunately the repair would've been so expensive that it just seemed like it'd be better to just buy a new fridge. However I feel like he would've done a good job had he done a repair.

The repair person was not familiar with nor prepared to repair LG refrigerator so I wasted $90 for a diagnosis. I then had to call a LG certified repair vendor who came out same day and repaired the refrigerator the same afternoon.
