We got several quotes from "major" companies. We struggles with finding a good price and a reliable company. American Air Customs Inc. was recommended by the maintenance guy at my work. We called them out, got a quote and hired them that day. The business was easy, professional, timely and very family oriented. I felt so at ease with the discussion and it was explained so well. I never felt like I was being swindled. Absolutely fantastic customer service!!!

Very good workmanship and fixed the problem inexpensively

They contacted me very quickly and were able to set up an appointment immediately for an air conditioning unit that quit working. Joe was very prompt for his arrival window, was very considerate and professional, and worked quickly to resolve the problem. Would definitely recommend.

No customer service at all, they scheduled an appointment to fix my refrigerator twice and never shown up. When I call them their standard answer is *Technician had an emergency work*. Not reliable at all. they seem to be managing reviews and posting fake reviews across. Please STAY AWAY.

First of all, the receptionist Katherine who answered the phone was a delight, helpful and so positive! Joe was our repairman - he was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient and consulted with his boss concerning his findings. We will definitely call ACA for our appliance repairs.

Highly recommend, fast and efficient!

They diagnosed and replaced a compressor in our 18-year old refrigerator. Also they replaced the door closer cam on the refrigerator door. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Friendly and professional. Showed up at appointed time & day. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs appliance repair.

Have had Joe out to repair my fridge twice (two different units). I like him because he does not BS around. He provides lots of detail and provides an education on appliances. He pointed out details about my used fridge I never would have noticed. He was genuinely disappointed he could not resolve my issue (through no fault of his own). I will ask for joe every time I need repairs.
