My freezer repair completed same day

Very quick to respond, diagnosed the problem, picked up the part and came back the next day to finish the job. This was to repair a 13 year old dishwasher. Highly recommend!

They are family owned and good people. They are honest and will not recommend in needed repairs.

One guy came the day I contacted them (very timely) and determined the problem with my double oven. That afternoon they ordered the parts and he came the next day with a partner and repaired my oven. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I m so glad I contacted them.

Joe was courteous, punctual, helpful and thorough. Price seemed a bit high and he was kind enough to contact Ron Cagle about any discounts (veteran, 65+, disability, etc...) but nothing was available. There was some confusion as I thought the $75 service fee was to be rolled into the repair cost as with competitors I talked to same day and we ended up paying the **service fee** as well as labor and material. All in all Joe did a great job but I probably would try someone else next time based on managements response and service fee charge.

This company is on the ball they should be the 1st everbody should call. They are honest and work as quickly and efficiently as possible and always make sure you understand what it takes for the repair and even after the repairs will call and make sure you are satisfied

Installer very helpful, neat, polite, and quick and professional.

My gas forced air heating was acting up and the service tech arrived within an hour of my service request. He was courteous and explained what he was doing before replacing a part and only charging a few dollars more than the service call. He also gave my tips for how to better keep my old unit going. I'll be calling them from now on.

All in all they were solid on time and honest. However, they were unable to fix my problem so the money for the service was money not well spent.
