American Air-Customs were very courtesy and professional. My microwave and refrigerator were serviced. They were up front on what was going on. It took ten minutes to repair the microwave. Arrived early before time window on a Saturday to get my refrigerator back up and running, and did good work.

Very punctual, they made sure that the weather was proper to perform the service and told me all the details of my units explaining to me why they were good or bad. Great service.

Ron, the repair agent, was honest and rather than take my money and attempt to repair my fridge, he suggested not to throw good money at a bad unit.

Randall came out on time, had to order the part it was on a Friday. Price was okay, He also Praise God offered us the 20% Veterans Discount, which helped a lot.
