Honest

One of my AC units was blowing warm air. I called them and scheduled an appointment. They said they would charge $75 for service fees and that they could service each additional unit for $60. They came, inspected other units, and said they were perfectly fine. They then spent 20 minutes on my unit with the problem. The owner came back and said he changed the capacitor and the cost of the capacitor was $245. I took their word and trusted them and paid $500 in total for less than an hour of work. The next day, I find out that the capacitor on Amazon costs $20 and it comes with the same 5-year warranty. I called them and nicely pointed it out to them that I was unhappy and was misled. At that point, the owner said he does not want to do future business with me (even though I was supposed to get fall service as part of my service cost) and he hung up on me. I think it was very unprofessional and unethical on their part to mislead customers into paying a premium for a part that is cheap and very easy to install. I had trusted them and given them a great review on the day of service but their behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable on follow up call.

Incredibly fast! Service provider was at my home 3 hours after my call to the company for an appointment. He was quick and helpful. Would hire them again every time!

I called them for an annual maintenance as my unit is 2 years old, they discovered that it was improperly installed in addition to having a coolant leak. They honored the Manufacturers warranty and replaced the unit properly installing it. I was charged for Labor which I felt was appropriate considering the urgency of the repair

Tech was honest and offered valuable information. We were checking to see if a refrigerator was worth repairing. While he had a financial incentive to repair it, he honestly advised against it.

Ron was amazing! I gave a 3.5 because during this pandemic I honestly didnt have $200 to spend, but it was better than $400 for a new washer.

From the time they sent me a text that they were on their way to the time they left my home was 32 minutes. $75 for doing nothing is a bit much for me. You are wanting me to rate the quality of the work done. No work was done. I guess I have to give you 0.5.

Joe was the service tech. He showed on time (which never happens) he identified the problem very quick had it fixed within a hour and now my ac works perfectly. I had this system installed by another company a year and a half ago and it's never worked right. I've called them out more than 10x for it to never be fixed. Im extremely satisfied with there work and customer service. I will use them for all my future appliance and ac needs.

This company repairs air conditioners in addition to appliances. In hot weather the air conditioner repairs take precedence over appliance repairs. I completely understand this priority, but it did cause a delay in the repair of our freezer. The work they do is very good at a reasonable price.

Joe was very pleasant and informative of my washer. He explained in details what was wrong with our washer and he wasn t trying to stick us with a high bill. However, it wasn t in our interest to put too much money in it. So, I appreciated Joe s honest in helping us make the right decision to buy a new one instead of replacing too many parts on the old one. Thanks Joe for your great Customer Service, it s rare theses days!! We ll recommend your company to our family and friends.

Arrived early and made an honest evaluation of my washer, stating that the transmission had seized and repair would cost almost as much as a new washer and Joe was super nice.

The technician that was sent out to my home was unprofessional, reeked of cigarette smoke, was not knowledgeable, and did not do a complete diagnosis of the issue. Complete waste of time. The technician just turned on the washer and turned it off that was it. Nothing was explained. I do not recommend this company.
