It is important to American Air-Customs that you are satisfied with their work. When they checked on me the following day, and I said I was still having issues, the owner, Ron made a trip to our house with the technician to personally see that everything was fixed and working properly.

They came out same day I called them. Checked my A/C unit and gave me multiple repair choices. Once I made the repair choice they were back out about an hour later to start and finish the repair all in the same day.

I needed a 2nd opinion for some AC needs. Within 5 minutes of me posting a need for their service I got a phone call from Ron the owner on a Saturday. That same afternoon Randal came out to inspect my system. They said they would be ready with new equipment first thing Monday morning. Randall showed up along with the crew, recapped what they were going to do, and they got the work done. Their prices were considerably cheaper than the competitor who first priced out an AC system for me and American Air-Customs prices were reasonably priced from my research so I went with them. From the first call to the owner, from the visit with Randal, to the installers, and the follow up same day visit after the install with Joe I was kept in the loop. They were definitely on time, they went out of their way to explain what I needed and why, and showed me why as well. They put the word family in Family business because they sure treat you like you are a member of their family. I was pleasantly surprised by all of it and it gave me a strong piece of mind as they truly are an example of great service. Great Job American Air...Great job!!!

Professional & explained in detail the repair needed

Thankful for honest business people who are not out to take advantage. This is exactly what American Air-Customs is, honest business people. They called me promptly about my job, gave me some options, and held to their word on pricing. I will do business with them again when the need arises.

Randall & Joe did checkups on a couple of the Air Conditioning systems to ensure they are in good working condition prior to the warmer temperatures. Their customer service was very well received. Katherine's customer service was very hospitable as well.
