They were on-time and worked into the evening to take care of our issue. Their work was done well and they cleaned up after.

Randall and Joe came to look at my fridge and quickly determined what needed to be done. Randall returned promptly the next morning with the parts necessary to make repairs. I appreciate Randall's attitude and eagerness to make things right but his work was a little sloppy. First, he didnt replace the schematic to the fridge compartment when he replaced the defrost timer. Plus he left some of those wires sticking out past the shroud/cover. Then, I had to immediately call him to come back because the stove's faceplate (the section on the front behind the knobs) was not put back on properly. It was a simple oversight and he gladly made it right.

I really appreciate him being honest with me and even though I decided to replace instead of repair, I will definitely use them in the future, very pleased.

Had an issue with one of our double ovens not heating sufficiently. Used HomeAdvisor to get bids on the job, these guys were the only ones that reached out. Fortunately, they were well rated. I got a call within about 15 minutes or searching for providers. They had a tech out the next day to diagnose the problem; two days later, they were back out again to fix it. The techs are knowledgeable about appliances and our issue was resolved in the same week we called for help. Overall i am happy with the service. Some feedback for American Air-Customs, Inc.: I asked the tech to call me with the cost of the replacement part before coming out to perform the repair, I did not receive this call. When he showed up to repair the oven, he had the part in hand. Fortunately we wound up not needing it at all, but that could have turned into a very uncomfortable conversation. I also did not receive a phone call from the tech or dispatch with a date or time window for when they showed up to fix the problem (after the initial diagnosis). Luckily we were home and my wife was available to answer the door while i was on a work call.

Checked gas oven. We Couldnâ t get the oven to turn on. When he got here, he worked on the oven. He took it apart, checked the oven parts for any non working or broken Parts. He ignitited the gas to make sure it was turning on and heating,three times and checked of any plugged or clogged parts. Donâ t know why it wouldnâ t work for us. But it is working now. Gave a 30 day warranty for his work. Impressed! Thanks!ð
