They do a great job. They are easy to schedule with. We haven't really compared their prices.

They did it very quickly and in a professional manner.

James told me he was sending Mel -who arrived promptly when they said he would. He came, he saw and he treated. Mel was a very pleasent gentlemen and I was glad to have someone with his experience treating our pest problem. James gave us a 3 month guarantee on the pest problem and we didn't see a single bug until earlier this week. (right at the 3 month mark as promised!) They just came out today for our treatment. We are on the 3 month routine plan and are "thrilled" with Pflugerville Pest Control.

They do a good job. They are a small buisness and never bring a bunc of stranger's in the house, it's always the same nice gentlemen. They always call when their on the way and are prompt and trustworthy.

James applied granules and sprayed around the perimeter of the house and detached garage, fogged under the deck, and sprayed the interior of house around the baseboards. He was knowledgeable about the insects and critters in the area and how to deal with them. He was very personable.

It went great. James, owner did an excellent job communicating and explaining their service and what to expect. They arrived on time, did what they said they would do and even did a little extra. These guys know their stuff and work hard to satisfy the client.

I discovered silver fish and looked up pest control on A. List. James returned my call within a couple of hours...he was on another call. He explained fully what to expect, cost (no surprises when he arrived) and now all of my pest are dead.He was a little early and would have called if he were late. I would recommend this service to my daughter or any one else.

He calls and reminds me when it's time for my quarterly service. When we do get in contact he says he'll send somebody out promptly and they're always on time or early. We have a great relationship. They're all very nice and very professional, very helpful.

He did a good job. They are very friendly, reliable and easy to get an appointment.

He always arrives on time (usually early), starts outside, using granules around the perimeter of the home and then sprays ourside and inside. Usually takes about 20-30 minutes. He is always pleasant. We have been using Pflugerville Pest Control for years and feel it's great service and a good deal.

He is very knowledgeable. If you have any questions you can call him and if you have any problems he will come back out.

I've used them for at least 20 years. I've never had a problem. The technicians always arrive at the scheduled time and are very professional. They provide a time window in which they'll be there. I've never had to call them back; what they say they will do always works. They do flea treatment throughout my home (which includes all other kinds of bugs & spiders). They've also treated my trees for web worms, and also sprayed usings insecticides. They were also able to get rid of the fleas in my yard (which involved spraying my neighhbors' lawns as well). Their price is very reasonable. I won't use any other company but this company for any pest control. I would highly recommend them to others.

I never met him. I found the ants about 30-45 days after he was there. He did a good job.

They are a small company. The owner James Duffy is very knowledgeable and very helpful.

They are prompt and trustworthy. They are the kind of guys you do not mind letting into your home.

They do quarterly service for me. They come out when they are supposed to. They do a fine job. I like them. They charge me $70 every time they come out. They know their bugs. I have a lot of different ants around my home. They know the ants and what to do about them. They are not the cheapest, but they are good. I will use them again in the future.

They will come back at no charge between quarterly services if there are problems (we've asked them to come twice and they came promptly the next day both times). They show up promptly at the appointment time and know their stuff. We are continuing to use them for quarterly service

There is never more than a day or so delay in getting someone out. When you have spiders, bugs or mice, you don't to live with them for too long. He came on the day he said he would, during the time that he said he would and we have seen no further bug - or rodent- activity!

I have had service with Pflugerville Pest Control for lots of years now and have never experienced any troubles with their staffing or the company in general. They are not a pushy bunch of people and pretty much just do what is needed at that particular time. I think that is the way a business should be and that is why I stay with them.
