He is a rat expert and does a great job. He always shows up on time and his pricing is reasonable.

He's fabulous. He comes every three months. He calls me up. He has an A+ rating on Angie's List that's why I use him. He's just terrific. They're on time. I would give them an A+.

Pflugerville Pest Control was on time, sprayed the house and trees for carpenter ants. He did what he had said he would do. There was a guarantee for 3 months. In one month I saw evidence of carpenter ants, and he came out and sprayed that area again. It seems to have done the job. He was very helpful and informative. Yes, I will use them again.

I was incredibly impressed with the "free advice" of James and the responsiveness when scheduling general pest control. I have since recommended his service via word of mouth to a couple friends. I will call them again when it's time to re-spray in three months!

We've been using James and Justin for several years now and couldn't be happier with their service. They are always pleasant, punctual and their treatments work. We have only ever had to call them back for a re-spray once which they did almost immediately and without complaints. Anyone looking for a Pest Service would be wise to consider them.

This is our second time using Pflugerville pest control and both times, they have been quick to schedule appointments and arrive on time. Last service was over 6 months ago and we did not see issues with bugs returning until recently.

James at Pflugerville Pest Control is the best and this is why... I live out of state and own a rental property in Austin. A tenant called in a panic because they heard noises in the attic one night. Unbeknownst to me, the tenant called Chemfree for an inspection and quote. The Chemfree guy told them my house was infested with rats and wanted to charge me over $1000.00 to fix the problem! I got on Angie's List right away to get professional second opinions and chose two 'A' rated pest control companies - one of which was Pflugerville Pest Control. Both of the Angie's List companies came out promptly and confirmed my belief that Chemfree had grossly over exaggerated their findings - there were no rats, but a transient possum looking for a new place. I chose James to do the work because of the excellent Angie's List reviews, his honesty, years of experience and proven expertise, great attitude, and his calming presence which was necessary with my freaked out tenant. James treatment plan (on the possum and the tenant!) worked and all for a very reasonable fee. No doubt I would use James again.

I called PPC based on Angie's List recommendations and was not disappointed. James came on schedule, as promised, and treated our home, both outside and inside perimeters. He was professional and personable and told us exactly what to expect after the treatment. He said there would be a few bugs for awhile, but they wouldn't live long enough to get very far into the house and he was right. We had a couple of warm weather days where the ants tried to come back inside, but they were stopped very quickly. It's been more than a month since we called PPC, and we've had no problem with insects of any kind. He guarantees his work by promising to come out within 3 months of treatment if the bug issues persist. He didn't try to sell us a long term contract, which I appreciated. I'll definitely use PPC and highly recommend them.

The technician was prompt and courteous at our meeting. He was very thorough treating my yard, garage and home interior and completed all promptly. This was my 2nd service with Pflugerville Pest Control and I plan to be a long time customer. I appreciate businessses that appreciate their customers.

The owner came about five minutes early...he was very professional, personable and helpful...explained in detail what chemicals he was using inside and outside, common pest in my area, what signs to look for, recommendations on follow-up treatments and answered 20+ questions I had...and the chemicals he used did not leave a smell at all...so far I have not seen any pest...I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to others.

I was very impressed with James. He sent his son out to take care of the situation. My grandchildren were visiting and were being bitten by bugs in the bedrooms. The treatment couldn't be completed on the first try because it was raining so hard, so it required a second trip to get things done. I was hoping to get the inside at least sprayed, but the chemicals couldn't be mixed in the rain. I have had no problems since. James said if I had an issue they would return at no extra charge within 3 months. They are very prompt and came when they said they would. James said it might take up to three days for all the bugs to die. We only had bites the next day and then they were gone. The price seemed fair though I noticed some people who wrote reviews were getting a cheaper price. I did receive a 10% off Angie's List discount which I appreciated. I would definitely use this company again.

James was extremely friendly and knowledgable. We've had no issues with the interior but about a month later were still having a tick problem outside with our dogs. I called James back and he had no issue with coming back and re-treating the yard. Since then the problem is nearly non-existant. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for a pest control company, friendly, affordable and it actually works.

It isn't always easy getting in contact with James, usually have to leave a message but he is good at returning calls at the end of the day. When James calls back - it was easy to schedule an appointment. They did a thorough job on the house we just bought and we then called back to have them spray the house we have up for sale. No sign of bugs since at either house. Both Justin and Mel were on time, professional, polite and efficient. Great service, plan on having them do our house quarterly as an on-going service.

It is excellent. The last time they came they provided ant control which was an additional cost. Everything is great. If you leave a message they will call back the same day. They call to remind you of service appointments. They use environmentally friendly products that will not harm animals or children.

They are good. They are an established company, and they know the bugs and things out here. We live out in the country. I would recommend them.

James returned my call the same day. Very professional, he explained in detail what they do and products they use. He was able to get someone out the next day. Mel was available earlier than expected, so he called to see if it was alright to come before our agreed appointment time. Once here, Mel was very good about explaining what he was doing. He was much more thorough than the company I used last. He treated the exterior and interior perimeter of the house. He even did around our shed. He noticed a mouse trap I had set in the garage and asked if it was alright to put out some poison/bait out there (very conscientious of placing it where my kids/dog would not get it). Their pricing was good- I did use the 10% of coupon on Angies list. I would definitely use them again.
