Description of Work: I highly recommend this service provider. They cleaned my sprinkler heads and repaired 2 leaks in my piping system caused by utility companies. Chase additionally wrote a report to help me seek reimbursement from the utility company responsible for the damage.

Description of Work: A leak in the sprinkler line was located and fixed and the valve replaced. He did an excellent job of locating the problem but when we used the system, the water would not turn off. We called the company and reported the incident about the time some rainy weather started. We agreed to a cancellation of the scheduled appt, but we did not hear from the company again nor did we contact them. We fixed our sprinkler system ourselves.

Description of Work: One of the stations wasn't working at all so Heartland Sprinklers replaced the valve. They also tested the rest of the stations and adjusted a few sprinkler heads where necessary. Service was excellent and I highly recommend Heartland Sprinklers.

Description of Work: Performed a complete inspection of sprinkler system. Explained needed repairs/improvements and cost of each. Performed the repairs and reset the system making certain all was operating properly.

Description of Work: The man from Heartland Sprinkler was prompt and efficient. He took the sprinkler system from front to back and turned on every station. He adjusted each sprinkler. I had one head that needed replacing and one nozzle. I have a future appointment for this company to do some extra work. They were fantastic!

Description of Work: First, I answered these questions when they first appeared but your service kept telling to try again,so I did so three times, it never worked so I stopped. |He was a very gurdious person and very helpful.

Description of Work: I purchased the sprinkler tune-up prior to the summer season. The gentleman was courteous and extremely helpful in pointing out things about my system. He also replaced some of the heads on my system. If and when I have a sprinkler issue/problem I will immediately call Heartland Sprinkler.
