The appointment was set for 3:00 - 5:00 with an hour window either way. The job was at a rental house so I had to meet him at the place and needed a 30 minute advance call. Chase called me about 12:15 and said they had finished the job they had been on early and could be at the location in 15 - 20 minutes. I had told Chase when I set up the appointment that I worked on Monday mornings and would not be available until 1:30. When he called me I was on my way home and told him I could meet him there between 1:15 -1:30. He said OK he would call me. I did not hear from him and could not reach him as his message line was full. I decided to go on to the house so I would not miss him. I got there about 1:30. Chase and his helper showed up about 3:30. He apologized for the misunderstanding. Once they were on the job they did a good job and were fast workers.

He came out and did a complete overview and testing of system. Needed new valve. He had to order one. Missed a scheduled appointment to finish work but did call and was very apologetic. We rescheduled and gave me discount because of the missed appointment. When he arrived I had a new issue of a fence company putting new post in and broke the pipe and had big leak. He repaired all at a good price. It was very refreshing to meet someone with great manners and respect for his customers. We all know that things come up and appointments can be missed but it is how the person (company) handles it that defines a company. We will definitely use this company again.

Chase was excellent! He took time to explain the setting of the controller. He gave tips on how I can do routine work on sprinkler heads. He could have charged for an additional zone he checked, but in the end he did not, and I appreciate his generosity. He was very professional all around, and I would absolutely recommend him!

It is always nice to meet service providers who are polite, honest and give you value for the money. Chase was not only professional, he explained exactly what was needed and performed the work quickly and efficiently. I have had so many bad experiences, I was thrilled to be able to say that Heartland is a company that will do the right thing for you, be prompt and provide excellent service. They did a good job. They were dependable with returning our phone calls, scheduling and showing up for the service. I would use them again.

The most of the grass covered by the new rotary head did not survive once a week watering this summer.

Chase came out that evening to help with our problem of our sprinklers suddenly going off, and not stopping. Then he looked over the equipment to see what needed to be done to fix the sprinkler system. He did not charge for this. (Our lawn guy was going to charge me $35 just to turn the water off so the sprinklers wouldn't come on anymore.) Later I found out this was Chase's day off! OMG! He told me they believe in treating their customers like they're family, and he certainly did. He didn't want me to have to worry about the sprinklers suddenly going off again, and wasting water. I was impressed. He told me he could do the repairs in 2 days, and he would call me. He called at the time he said he would call, and he came out even earlier than we expected. He did call and say he was able to be here earlier to fix the sprinklers. I was so impressed with his dependability. When he came out, he showed me exactly what he would be installing, and explained everything to me. When the work was completed, he explained exactly how to use the system, and showed me exactly what to do. He explained things so well, I understood all of what he was telling me. This is an incredible company. Chase is a rare breed these days. Very thoughtful, dependable, communicative, and more than fair. If I could give an A+++++++ I would!!! I'm so pleased and happy I found Heartland Spinkler Company!!!!!!

He was wonderful. He was an old southern company. He is very friendly and concern about not over spending you on items you don't need. He was really good. I called somebody else but he was so booked so he recommended these people.
