"The crew did well. The owner Chris was good. They started working in February and I told Chris I wanted permit and he assured me that they would get a permit but came March and they never pulled a permit. They never finished the job. The first week of November they came back wit h the inspector. The inspector told that he needs to do one more thing and after that Chris never came back and I ended up hiring someone else."

Trend Builders is the name of our construction and remodeling business. We are a design/build firm; meaning we architecturally design our projects using the latest Computer-Aided Design and build the projects we design. We had to board them up and that made the inside of the church like a dark cavern. We managed to raise the money to have the security screens put on all of our doors and the sanctuary windows. This time, a year of so later, we raised the money to do two of our office windows and the windows in the fellowship hall. Trend and their employees know exactly what they are doing and sell an excellent product."

"I made multiple attempts to contact this company and never received the courtesy of a response. Perhaps my initial job was not big enough. I just purchased my home and have a multitude of updates I plan to do within the next year but wanted to start with interior painting with sheet rock repairs and install a French door that required cutting out the existing wall, framing in the door then painting the interior before moving on to replacing 900 sq feet of wood flooring. Phase two would be to update kitchen and bathrooms..... however, if I can't get a response for a "small" job then I can't trust a response for a big job."

"They were hired to screen in my covered patio & do some painting. I showed them pictures of what I wanted & explained in detail the color, the extra painting, & the dog door I wanted included. They gave me a price for everything, & said they’d start Monday & finish in a couple of days. They started Tuesday, & stopped work Thursday with the job only half done. They didn’t do the work as I requested & haven’t returned. They only assigned one worker who apparently didn’t understand the color I wanted for the woodwork, the extra painting, the dog door or what the completed job should look like. They don’t show up, when they say they will & I have no confidence that the work will be completed as I requested. I included in the pictures I supplied the example I showed them of the patio enclosure I want."
