Crossroads Concepts is disappointed to hear that a customer was not satisfied. We contacted you by email and asked for an extension, and if you were still interested in receiving a proposal. Again, we are sorry for the misunderstanding. Here is a copy of the email: Judy, We at Crossroads Concepts, are VERY SORRY for the delay in submitting your requested proposal for work at your Grand Prairie Residence. Our firm has been overwhelmed with Proposal requests, coupled with a difficult change in office staff, we have simply been behind in responding to the large number of requests. Changes have been put in place to improve our Proposal response times. Please let me know if you are still in need of our firm's Proposal and if there have been any scope of work changes.
