Description of Work: They came out and checked the issue with the dishwasher and then got everything taken apart, tested, and put it together and fixed it!

+ 3 moreAfter finding Mr Ellis's name on Angie's List, I made an appointment to get an estimate for some repair work for a rental house. Mr Ellis gave a very fair quote for the listed work and promised to have the work completed within a few days... he kept his promise. The rental house was vacant and as I cleaned, if I found any additional problems that needed attention I would call Mr. Ellis and he would have that work completed within a day or two. In the past I have noticed some contractors will start going up on their prices the more often you call them, Mr. Ellis did not do this. I appreciated this since I call him several times for more repairs. Now that the rental house work is complete, we will be calling Mr. Ellis for work at our home.
Description of Work: Mr. Ellis completed a whole range of work to our rental property. He replaced electrical outlets, painted interior rooms , fixed closet door, replaced, repaired and painted damaged wood trim on interior and exterior, repaired faucet leak,completed a new privacy fence, replaced door knobs, helped to complete some stone work in the back yard. All of the work looked great when he finished, good detail work.

+ 5 moreThe job went very smoothly. Mr. Ellis does excellent work and can do plumbing, electrical, tile, sheetrock & painting. So we were very pleased to have someone who could do it all. We would recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Am including pictures of the work performed as follows. Bill Ellis installed lites above mirror in bathroom installed vanity top and faucet installed switches for lights & timer for exhaust fan. He removed old toilet & installed new one. He removed old exhaust fan & heater & installed a new unit with heater, fan & light. He also tiled the floor prior to installing the toilet. He then painted the bathroom walls & ceiling.

+ 0 moreFair, pleasant, and personal. Rebuilt the damaged areas in a few days. Matches the rest of the house perfectly. He does a range of work and gave a bid for interior painting as well. He arranged other work to be done outside of his areas (glass work).
Description of Work: Replaced roof decking, shingles. Rebuilt eaves damaged by falling tree.
