Description of Work: They acid washed our pool and arranged for the pool light to be replaced. They were very professional and did a great job. They completed this work quickly and followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely use them again for any pool work we may need.

+ -1 moreWe called a competitor to repair our pool pump which was leaking 2 months ago - repair went OK, but explanation very confusing about future services that "might or might not" be necessary. We called the competitor again this month because the same pump had now stopped working altogether. They diagnosed the problem as a broken pump and estimated $757 for repair. They promised repair the next day, then changed to Monday after the weekend, then delayed again, and we told them not to come, that we would find another repair company. Aqua Medic was great on the phone, came the next day, and determined that the capacitor had failed and that was the only thing that needed repair. They told us we would not need a new pump, and replaced the capacitor for $160, saving us more than $500. We will definitely use Aqua Medic again.
Description of Work: Called to replace pool pump, determined that a much less expensive repair would solve the problem.

+ -1 moreTony is great, very considerate, on the ball, and always on time. We were out of town for the first maintenance visit and Tony called me to let us know exactly what he did. He is friendly, dependable, interested, and concerned. Tony is an all-around great guy!
Description of Work: He has replaced a salt filtration unit and re -piped part of our filtration unit. They also provide weekly maintenance to our pools.

Tony is a wonderful business owner. He is an honest guy and will tell you what you need and if there is something you don’t need. I trust him and have referred him to several other people.
Description of Work: Anytime I had any issue with my pool pump or timer, I have hired him. He has replaced my timer, pool pump, filter, and pipes that were broken. He has even referred me to a great leak detection specialist.

Description of Work: They ended up doing several things for me. They replaced the heater after trying to repair it and finding that type of heater has an unreliable board. They credited the cost for the repair of the heater toward a new heater. They also replaced some of the valves as one of them had gone bad and the other was very hard to operate. Another person had done work for me and had installed a piece of equipment that allowed the valve to not work properly. They’re terrific! I will use them again without a doubt. Val with Aqua Medic came out to make sure that everything was working properly. He went ahead and cleaned my pool for me because there was sand in it after my pool deck was cleaned. Val even gave me a lesson on pool care and showed me how to clean it myself without charging anything extra. I was very pleased with the work.
