I was looking for company to repair or our 11 year old Jandy VS pool pump. I was referred to Tony Meyers of Aqua Medic, and I will never regret the decision to call for his services. He came to the house and diagnosed that the pump needed to be replaced. He ended up replacing the pump, the filter selection dial and installed a new Jandy QuickSet pump controller. However, he went above and beyond. He didn't like the sound the new pump made, so he replaced it two weeks later with another brand new pump under warranty. On the second trip to replace the pool pump, he also replaced the filter selection dial. When he replaced the old Jandy pump controller with the new Jandy QuickSet pump controller, he completely dismantled the mechanical timer out of the metal box, and then he cleanly installed the new controller in the metal box keeping it out of the sun and the weather elements. His workmanship was impeccable, fast, conscientious and always with a smile. I will recommend him to every pool owner!

As we've never owned a pool we opted to purchase the pool school taught by Tony, the owner. He was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, and had a well-thought out plan of how we should learn the details of our pool, spa, equipment, chemicals, and things likely to go wrong. The office estimated the pool school at 60-90 minutes but we had lots of questions and 2.5 hours in Tony was still willing to help and showed no sign of rushing us until we completely understood everything. We walked away confident that we could handle the job going forward. I hope that we won't need any repairs but when we do I will call Tony first.

This company is by far the BEST we have dealt with in the past 17 years! There was an issue with algae that we were trying to get under control. They sent a guy out a second time that week to do a real good cleaning. The owner even called to be sure everything went well. The company is very good and YES we would definitely recommend you give them a call!!!!

We use them weekly. They did a job, they let us know if there are any issues. They have a mark showing, they leave a record of what they did. Just efficient, effective.

We have a monthly charge and they come every week and do the same thing. It is a scheduled service. I think I pay them in the middle of the month. I don’t remember what the monthly charge is. I use them because they are efficient and they do it better than I do. They do a good job and my pool does not turn green.

They do the job and let us know if there are any issues. They always leave a record of what they did. and are efficient.

Called the office as was greeted by a live person vice a robocall. The technician showed at the assigned time...on-time, ready to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave an estimate for the repair and had the parts with him for the job. This was professional job and completed is 2hrs. Wow! Service, ability and dependability. I'm very pleased with this operation.

I could not be more pleased. Pool looks amazing and Val was polite and professional and answered all my questions. I had never used this company before but will be using them for my future pool service and repair needs.

Tony and his pool tech came onsite replaced the pool lights at our home. Tony was able to talk me through the process and gave me a quote over the phone. They were friendly, professional, punctual, and did a great job. The cost was exactly what he quoted me and I was very happy with how quickly they made themselves available. We are now talking to Tony about other maintenance on our pool he can perform. We will definitely be using him again.

They are cost-effective and very fair in their pricing, which is why we elected to retain them to do our pool maintenance after the replastering had been completed.

I spoke with the provider and they said they wouldn't be able to do the service I needed done.

Jason appeared punctually. Actually he called me the morning of the appointment to confirm the time and even wanted to come earlier. When he appeared he asked what I needed and proceeded to give an opinion on each of my issues. My hot tub had algae in it and one of my skimmers was not operating properly. He inspected my equipment and told me I would need to replace the mastic around my pool as well as eventually need a replacement booster pump. He gave me a quote on the repairs and even gave me pointers on my polaris. He was extremely helpful and thorough. I was impressed at his knowledge. He definitely did not try to push me into anything unnecessary and even told me to hold off on the booster pump until it actually went out. Will definitely use this company again, Kudos to Aqua Medic.

I called on a Friday afternoon at almost 5P and they answered! She said they would call me on Monday morning with an appointment time. Got that call at 7:30 AM and was scheduled for around 8 AM. Val arrived a little earlier than his scheduled time-which was great. He listened to my concerns and then examined my pool pump and the electrical components. I explained, the pool had turned itself off for the second time. I had juggled some of the wires etc., and got the pool running again, but not really sure it was from my wire wriggling! . Since that incident, I had begun to turn my pool off and on manually and all was well.! By Monday morning when Aqua Medic showed up, I had been manually turning the pool on and off daily with no problem. Val, Aqua Medic, determined he could find no problem and would not recommend doing anything at this point! Pointed out the pool was running and motor was quiet. Nothing to "fix". I absolutely appreciate this HONESTY ...it is rare today to encounter a company that does not try to "scare" you into replacing something...I would rather wait to see if problem re-occurs than begin replacing parts randomly. My budget also appreciates this! Thank you Aqua Medic, I will definitely use Aqua Medic for any future needs.

He was quick, friendly and honest. He found something else wrong with the pool pump but said it was an easy fix for us to do. He hated to charge us for something we could easily do ourselves. I appreciated his honesty.

It was great. Pool looks awesome. they were timely and great at communication Pool School was perfect...learned a lot about my pool system.

Tony was very professional to deal with. He did the work as promised and for a reasonable amount. He was on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I will use again in the future if needed.

Aqua Medic is very up front and honest when sharing information about your system. They will tell you what you can do to enhance it or maintain it. The employees are extremely personable. They don't impose on your space. They do their job and they leave. They are always courteous.
