Excellent work did everything I wanted done

I referred my brother to Top Construction yesterday

The work was good, but the painting was messy. They failed to cover my spa cover and so they splashed paint on it and failed to clean it before they left.

They immediately contacted me. I had a little piece of cracked plank. I asked if he could just fix the little piece. He said he couldn't just fix it. Then realized that section was more difficult than he thought. So he fixed it but only took of $25.

The project was well ,they show up on time and finished early and do the fence project well, but only they forgot to give me an invoice for the fence material bought plus labor, also, the cleaning up not really good. Finally, the project turned out good.

Showed up timely and completed the job perfectly.

The first job was poor: the mitered ends were mismatched. I think they did not know how to do miter(return, replaced with straight cut) broke off adjoining trim. Long story short, they had to return the next day to correct the slop job to get paid. I am constantly amazed with the novice carpenters passing for experienced ones.

Great guy, did job fast and early

They were great to work with. As someone with bad contractor experiences in the past, I have to say I was happy with their performance. They showed up on time, got the work plus extras done in the time frame promised. Quality of work was good and they did a great job cleaning up. I plan on using them for some additional work in the future.

Very professional owner and extremely easy to deal with. Resided both of my home fireplaces and replaced several facha boards with hardie plank. Excellent and flexible employees. They power washed the house and painted it. Hired to replace a small patio fence in couple of weeks great price quote. Would not hesitate to hire for any future needs.
