I am grateful for the job that Eric and his team his team did. All of my roof’s boot vents had been replaced a few days before a rain forecast was made. The price is reasonable for a quality job result. However, you might still be able to negotiate it. They also replaced the outdoor light fixtures in my garage. The installation is sturdy and the light fixtures look stunning. I will definitely recommend them.

Did great workâ ¦only issue was follow up. Owner said he was going to send me an invoice reflecting work done with total amount chargedâ ¦still waiting to receive it. That said, I did receive a receipt for the partial payt I made by credit card but instead of showing the vendor as Top Line Construction it showed Luxe Beauty Studio??? The paperwork is important.
