I contacted Top Line Construction to get a quote to replace all siding on the outside of my house. Eric returned my call right away and scheduled an appointment to come out in a day or two. He provided the quote within 24 hours. I did contact 3 or 4 other companies to come out and quote my siding project and took my time making my decision who to go with. When I asked for pictures of recent work he sent me pics along with references with contact info right away. After several of going over all quotes from all the contractors, I decided to go with Eric & Top Line and very glad I did. Once we got scheduling conflicts settled, they began the work of removing all cedar siding from my entire house. I opted to replace all my insulation as my house is 45 years old and thought this was best decision. Eric accommodated this request and we worked out an agreement that we were both happy with. The work performed was high quality and fit my small budget and I would definitely hire Top Line again and likely will soon as I do have more work to be done. I also recommend him to my nextdoor neighbor, and he and his guys came out and did work for them as well, they too are very pleased with the work that was done. As with most construction projects there were a few hiccups along the way, and that was the case here. However, Eric addressed these issues when I brought them to his attention in a professional manor, not argumentative like I have experienced in the past with other contractors and did his best to address all issues to my satisfaction and they were. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend using Top Line Construction.

Friendly, fast, professionsl. The siding and painting make the house look new again. The total cost was very reasonable. They did everything that we discussed including some gutter replacement.

Eric was an all around professional. He communicated well and in a timely manner. He answered all questions with confidence and ensured his workers were completing the job as requested. When he was not on site Oscar was in charge and he did a good job at addressing my concerns as well. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

The crew was well organized and completed this project in a very timely manor. All members were professional and courteous They verified alll aspects of the scope of work were complete and cleaned up after themselves. During the bidding process they made suggestions to improve the durability which saved me money.. very satisfied and I requested a bid for some upcoming work before they left.

I will definitely hire these guys again. The only thing I didn't like was they didn't install flashing at the windows. When I realized it wasn't installed, I requested that they go back and install it and they did. Other than that, the quality of work and customer service were both excellent. Eric was very professional, responsible and reliable.

Fiberboard siding repair on 3 story townhome. Matched the paint well, and did a great job patching cracks and replacing the broken board. Very happy with Eric and his crew!

Honest and great work

Eric was really responsive and came the same day to quote the work. The quote was competitive and we decided to move forward. The crew showed up as scheduled. This was a relatively small siding replacement job and post replacement for a porch railing. The quality of the work was sub-par. The mitre joints were poorly cut, the stringer for the steps was broken, and the paint job was sloppy. The job details like caulking/sealing were ignored and required multiple interventions. I ultimately gave up and decided to hire a painting company to come out and do the caulking and painting properly. The up front communication was really good, but once the work began, the communication stopped. The damage to the stringer wasn?t mentioned at all and I found it after the crew left the job site. I would not recommend using this company.
