When I returned to Houston in Oct. 2010 I decided to pursue something less hazardous. We receive most of our work from Word of mouth. Some, from lead referral services. We've done 1000+ fences and carry a 4.8 out of 5 rating with over 570 customer reviews. "When Beryl came thru part of a palm tree took out a section of our fence. We received three quotes, and they were all in line with one another. We chose Texas Fence because we could charge it, times are tight for all and $3800 isn't just lying around. The only negative I can give in regards to Texas Fence is the lack of follow-up and communication after you agree to have them perform the work. We had to reach out to get an ETA and even then it took a few times to receive an answer. Communication is a lost art! Once we were scheduled the gentlemen that built our fence, Francisco and Adam, I highly recommend them. They cleaned up after themselves, communicated with me, and were courteous. They pay attention to detail and treat you as a person and not a job. I can not say enough about them :)"

Generally, if you live somewhere rural, like on a farm, there’s a good chance you will not need a fence permit. However, you will most likely need a permit if you live in a highly-populated area.
