Although I have had only an estimate at this time, the Cruz rep, Chris, was professional and courteous. He showed a complete understanding my issues with the relocation of my electrical breaker panel. He proposed consolidating it with another panel by extending wiring in my garage ceiling using a junction box, removal of the old panels, and installing a new panel. It's definitely the best answer to the situation that has had me stumped for some time. I will look forward to working with Cruz.

After being jerked by another company, I called Cruz to get an estimation. I had about 12 hours to take the estimation to the seller's I'm buying the home from. It was after hours, so the electrician had me email him at his personal email address and took care of the estimation for me at 9pm! I'm buying house, so I haven't had to use the company yet, but with service like that I plan to in the future!

Cruz was excellent. They did a small job, they were only at my house for 15 minutes. They came when they said they would and fixed what they said they were going to.

He came out on a Sunday morning which is very rare. We were so grateful. He arrived early, did what he needed to do and even followed up the following today. He was very professional and friendly. We are very pleased with the service.

I have a service contract with them. The service technician that I use, his name is Jessie, and he is always on time. He is very professional and very courteous. Any questions I have, he is capable of answering. I haven't had the need to call them for any repair.

Overall, I would highly recommend them.

We spent about $10,000 on that work. They did a good job and we were pleased with them. They were reliable.

Four men came to install the unit. It only took one day. My original plan was for a different model, however i changed my plan w/ a larger unit. This changed the arrangement in the attic. and the guys had to remove some of the existing air ducts so the unit would fit. They were considerate of my furniture and carpeting. Laying down plastic to protect it. And they cleaned up as they worked, so no clutter as the day went on. They were professional and neat,clean inappearance and courteous. I continue to use Cruz air and electric for my a/c seasonal inspections and have been throughly satisfied.

The technician was also the salesman. he told us that we needed a new A/C. No other way to get it going he said. Its 26 years old. He also indicated we should replace our furnace (its 10 yrs old) but that we should consider doing it all at once because we would then quality for a fed. gov. rebate. That would be around $10,000 he said. We said no we only wanted A/C - we were then quoted about $6,000. I had someone else come the next day who got the system started again for $225! He used a starter kit - with no promises it would last. But at least he tried another option. He was the technical guy. The sales person came on another day and quoted about $5,000 for a new A/C system. I was disappointed to have to deal with someone who was clearly only interested in selling a new system - not fixing the current one.

All work was completed as promised. I was kept fully updated on progress by this company. When glitches occurred, lead electrician Chris doggedly kept at the job until everything was perfect. The owner, Mr. Cruz, helped deal with the electric provider involved thereby saving this home-owner's sanity. I am very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of this company's employees and would use them without reservation.

It went extremely well. I called the main number, she put me in touch with the electrician immediately and I explained what I needed. The electrician came out the next day (it wasn't an emergency), gave me a quote and did the work the following day. Great communication from start to finish. Price was very reasonable and he stuck to it. I will be using them again.
