Description of Work: I am totally pleased with roof cleaning, house washing, and driveway/walkway pressure wash provided by this company. The company owner (Doug) with his crew performed the roof work and foreman (Josh) with his crew did the rest of job . Everyone was extremely professional and careful with the landscaping.I could not have asked for anything more!

Description of Work: Low pressure cleaning of rear and side elevation of house. The team did a great job. I had had problems with other companies not accepting the job because of difficult access, but Doug visited to check the issues some weeks before the cleaning and gave an accurate estimate of the cost. The team arrived on time and discussed any issues as they progressed. I would certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Doug replied quickly to my "BuyNow" purchase for power washing the exterior of my home. He was conscientious in calling me to arrange a time that most convenient for me and showed up promptly. During the procedure, a small problem was created but he was very apologetic and eager to rectify it. I appreciated his honesty in admitting his mistake and correcting it. + -1 moreI received an email telling me that he would need to charge me double the price that The Big Deal was offering as a result of him looking on Google Earth/map and seeing a satellite view of my 2100 sq ft home. I explained that there were no gutters on either side of the house, only front and back. His response was that I could find another gutter company as he is only out in Katy once a month if that at all. It was a mutual understanding. Thus, no service was provided and Angie's List promptly refunded my money upon submitting a request.

There were thorough, but careful, and I was very pleased with how the house looked when they were done.

Doug was very responsive to a voice mail, and was very prompt to perform the pressure washing. Further, he was able to remove the rust stains from my well water that others had not been able to. I would highly reccommend him to anyone needing this type of work done.
Description of Work: The entine property, House, Driveway, Side walks & Pool decking were power washed & cleaned. There was an excessive amount of rust stain, ground in dirt & mildew on all surfaces. These folks were able to remove it all & returned with no problem to clean up a couple of spots that we missed.

+ 0 moreUpon discovery that the pool drain was stopped up, Doug contacted me & discribed the remedy. Upon excavating the the drain exit it was sicsoved that a tree root had broken & invaded the piping. Doug was able to extract the root which turned out to be over ten ffeet in length & about two inches in diameter. He replaced the necessary piping & securred the exit so the dirt would not flow back into the system. He was very good in communitacions and detailed me previous to taking the necessary steps to correct the situation.
Description of Work: During a recent power washing job, Doug discovered that the pool deck drain was not operating correctly & was stopped up. He discovered the issue & remedy needed.

Not only did Doug pressure wash the side of my 2 story house that was needed to remove the mildew, he proceeded to pressure wash basically most of my house from back to front. Doug also removed rust stains on the front siding of my house and pressure washed my porch and sidewalk, in addition to pressure washing the driveway. Doug, VERY KINDLY, climbed up his ladder to my 2 story window to affix a window shutter that had blown off. Doug made sure that all the work was completed before writing me a receipt for an EXCELLENT job. Doug will be the first person I call for future jobs such as this. I have only GREAT things to say about Pro Power Wash. They are professional, punctual, and the service is, indeed, 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED.
Description of Work: Doug came out the same morning that I called him for an quotation for gutter cleaning and pressure washing. He quoted me $200.00 to pressure wash 1 side of my 2 story house, pressure wash the driveway, and also to clean out the front gutters. Doug's quote was in the middle-of-the-pack range, and after receiving other quotes from other companies, I called Doug to schedule the work for the following week. Doug also called 2 days before the scheduled work day to confirm start time. Doug arrived shortly before start time of 8;30am.
