Outstanding, pristine job! This company has old fashioned, good, hard working work values from the owner to his work crew. The foreman made sure I was absolutely satisfied before finishing the job. They moved all my outdoor furniture and plants and put them back. My house looks like new!

Real Professional would use again

Excellent results with removal of mold and discoloration on bricks and roof. Other providers had said that the discoloration would not be completely removed but Doug Rucker and his professional crew successfully removed it.

We are getting our almost 100 year old house ready to sell. It has been a few years since the driveway was cleaned and a long time since the house has been cleaned. I did not find Doug though AL, but though the recommendation of a friend. I called him and explained what I wanted done. He got the address, pulled my house up on Google Earth, and based the bid off what he saw on Google Earth. We agreed to the service on Saturday, and he was able to work me into the schedule for Monday. I live over an hour away from the house he cleaned, so we did everything via phone/text/email rather than me having to drive to the house to meet him. After the work was completed, he sent me before/after pictures, and I cannot believe how much better the house looks. I will definitely use him again if the need arises.

These folks are the only people I found that could even address the rust spot issue. Our house is for sale and the yard was looking kind of rough. I thought I would use "the good stuff" Scott's Tru green fertilizer. I bought a broadcast spreader and I went to town fertilizing. I had done this many times before albeit with cheaper fertilizer without issue. I decided not to water anything down after installation as the ground was very wet. Upon inspection the next few days I noticed green spots on all the concrete driveway, walkway and sidewalk. Our beautiful home had the measles! I called a pressure wash company that I had used before who came out a couple of days later. He had pressure washed this property before with great results. Unfortunately this time normal washing didn't touch the spots. I went to Wal-Mart and purchased a product that proports to remove rust out of concrete. I made the solution as directed and proceeded out to the driveway, wire brush in hand and after 15 minutes of scrubbing on a six inch square area got ZERO results. I tried to contact a handyman I used before for a acid wash but he didn't want to tackle a job this large not to think of how environmentally unfriendly it would be. Whose to say the acid would get rid of the spots? That's when I scoured Angies list and found Clean and Green solutions. Doug told me the spots would come out 90 to 95 percent. It was even better than that. His folks used water vacuums and special chemicals that removed the spots. One small issue that the overspray will kill the grass around the borders. It now looks terrific. So next time you walk in your neighborhood...check the sidewalk for little green spots. C and G solutions was the only company I found that was even aware of the issue.

Doug and his employees arrived on time and were ready to go. The equipment used is high quality - not a dinky little operation. They're still working as I write this review -- they're thorough and professional. (and they speak English) I highly recommend this company.

The two gentleman that performed the work were fantastic. I called to make an appointment for an estimate and they were able to work around my schedule and made it out in just a few hours to quote me a price. The price was well in the ball park of what I was expecting to pay, and their reviews on Angie's were great so I scheduled to have the work completed the very next day. They arrived right on the dot at 8:00am and were extremely considerate of my landscaping the entire time. My 15 year old roof looks bran new, I am so happy I had them clean it for me properly instead of trying to do it myself. The limestone chimney's look amazing, and all of the limestone features on the exterior look great now too. I am thrilled to have the home's exterior looking the way it did when the home was first built. I would recommend Clean and Green to any and everyone. They are seriously top notch, and a great value. They even went the extra mile, to power wash my patio and drive way which I never mentioned. The place looks great, thanks to them both.

First of all they answered the phone quickly and not by an operator, but by the person who was going to do the work. Doug Rucker scheduled the appointment at my requested date, called a day or two later to reconfirm. He arrived up on time with an other gentleman ready to go to work. They did the job in the allotted amount of time. I don't know if he made much of a mess, if they did they cleaned up very well, in other words he did a great job of clean up. The house looked great, the roof looked great, everything was just as I expected it to be. The next day I notice where the Bar B Q grill sat against the house was an off color from grilling and the the curb in front of the house was not done (just an oversight because their truck was parked there . I called up and asked Doug about getting back out to follow-up, they came out the next day and cleaned everything I asked for and I could not be happier. About a week later Doug called just to see if we were still happy with the work, talk about service. I would use them again no question about it.

It went very well. Doug was very responsive and agreed to do my work immediately as I was trying to get the house ready to put on the market. He came with his crew just when he had promised and not only did a fine job on the driveway (my original request) but also suggested they clean my roof. They did an excellent job and were very polite and efficient. He also referred me to a window cleaner he uses and arranged for the man to come the very next day. Doug sent him pictures and got me an estimate - it doesn't get any better than this - very customer oriented - great job, good price and nice people.

There was a bit of a mix-up at the start. The contractor went to the wrong address when he did his quote (we were not home at the time, and did not know this). He actually inspected a neighbor's house, and quoted THAT. On the day of the service he realized his mistake. My back patios are much larger, and with much more furniture, than he thought. He stuck with his price, and got the job done. In reality I would have liked for him and his crew to have done even more work (and paid extra for it)... but there was no time for that under the circumstances. Overall, a good experience. I would use them again.

It looks great. There were several spots with water stains on the brick that we hadn't been able to clean ourselves. We have an older home with fragile brick and they were able to get it all clean without using harsh pressure. Would use this service again.

My landscaper fertilized my lawn and got it all over my driveway, sidewalk, and back patio. Unfortunately, he never swept afterwards and it rained the next day. That said, it left horrible rust stains all over. I spoke with Doug from clean & Green, he was courteous, prompt, and the final quote in person was actually cheaper than the original verbal quote based off my explanation over the phone. it is a very labor intensive process to remove the rust stains, and Doug did a great job in getting my concrete to look like new again.

Overall satisfied. 2 men came and worked together. 1 put a solution on the house and the 2nd power washed it off. The process took the dirt and stains off the house which is painted wood. I am happy with the work they did and will use them again next year. They were conscious to move things that could be damaged AND put them back where they belonged. Only suggestion I would make to the company is to let their customers know there is a pretty strong chlorine smell that lingers for a day. Just so they are not caught off guard, and if there is someone in the home that might have a reaction to the smell. It did go away during the next day. We have squirrels that are using our house as a chew toy. I am hoping the smell keeps them away, so I may have received a 2nd benefit from the power washing. I would definitely recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

Doug and his crew showed up on time as scheduled for the appointment. Our house is white Hardi Plank and had not been pressure washed in several years. The house looks brand new. The Clean and Green personnel arrived as promised. They quickly began the cleaning process. In an amazingly short time the house began to look as beautiful as it did when we first painted it several. years ago. In the final analysis, they not only cleaned the house but they went above and beyond. They cleaned the patio and the driveway. Additionally, there was an ugly rust stain on the brick veneer on the south side of the house that we have tried unsuccessfully to clean for many years. It was caused by a failure of the air conditioning system. Clean and Green personnel cleaned it all with no additional charge. Clean and Green is a professional company that is nothing short of great to work with. Using this company will make anyone certain that it is money well spent. The house is so beautiful now, I am almost hesitant to repaint but my wife wants a a different color on the house, so-o-o, we repaint. Thanks Clean and Green for a GREAT job, a job well done..

It went VERY well, the place looks like new when we built the house 5 1/2 years ago!!!

Doug was very professional. He was very quick to give us an estimate and get the work scheduled. He was very honest in what we needed cleaned and what we did not, he did not try to over sell us. We had part of our roof cleaned, the front walk, large driveway and large pool deck area power washed. Looks absolutely great! He even sent me before and after pictures since i was at work while the work was done. Will recommend to friends and will use again. Thanks Doug.
