Description of Work: Installed hardwood flooring/removed old flooring and carpeting. Work was done on a newly purchased house, long distance, and before we moved to town. Everything was done exactly as requested. Workmanship was excellent. Had to coordinate with realtors for access and work around painters. Did an excellent job.

Description of Work: They installed some carpet for us. The work was wonderful, they did a good job. We have used them a couple different times. The time before the most recent time, he came and installed carpet that would run into tile. He raised the carpet so we didn’t have any issues with the tile and it being sharp on your foot when you walked through. This second, most recent time he came; he didn’t raise the carpet to meet with the tile. He came and put down another carpet strip and it seemed okay at first, but I think now that there has been some foot traffic, the carpet is sinking back down lower than tile. Otherwise, everything was fine. We will be contacting Carpet Connection to see if there is anything else they can do about this situation.

Anytime we need to be called out to do a restretch after our 1 yr. labor warranty, we dont charge much to take care of a customer. Again, Thank you!
