We decided to replace our entire downstairs area of Engineered Wood that had been down a while. I looked at a lot of flooring companies and just wasn't seeing what I wanted. Then I passed Carpet Connection on FM1960, stopped in, and met Darryl Wisenbaker. Darryl took a lot of time showing me everything and I decided on Luxury Vinyl Plank-Karndean-Santina Cherry. He sent me home with 4 good size samples to choose from. We picked out the color and Darryl scheduled the installers. They were very hard working, very knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. We were so pleased, we decided to replace our carped in the Master bedroom, and again, completely thrilled with Carpet Connection. I would highly recommend Carpet Connection on FM1960. You will not be disappointed.

My experience with Carpet Connections was great from start to finish! I called and spoke with Steve via phone, looking to match new flooring to older wood already in my home. This is the third time I have contracted Carpet Connection for a flooring project and they continue to impress. In this instance, it was necessary to replace the flooring in my mother's home in order to accommodate her recent mobility issues. Steve Wisenbaker worked with me to choose the most appropriate material, ensure that the flooring was readily available, and even moved the installation date up (utilizing his best crew) so as to assure the project could be completed prior to her release from the rehabilitation facility. Steve and Carpet Connection have been in business for decades and it shows. They know their stuff and are always ready to impart their knowledge to make sure you get the flooring you need and want...and, in every instance I have used them, the results have turned out perfectly and I have been completely satisfied with the end product. I highly recommend Carpet Connection and would not hesitate to call on them again in the future.

Over three days the installer removed the old carpet, prepared the subfloor and installed the engineered hardwoods. Did a great job for a very competitive price. We are very happy with the results. Definitely recommend.

We were referred to Carpet Connection in July of 2019, after we flooded in May and had to rebuild our whole downstairs. We had removed old tile from downstairs, but we were unable to remove everything. We needed the floors to be floated, and we needed to pick out new floors. Steve was very helpful when we met him. He recommended luxury vinyl planks. He gave us a great quote, and they were installed a few weeks later. The guys that came out for the installation did a dynamite job. They were done in two days, and even helped us move some heavy furniture out of their way. On September 19, 2019 we flooded again. This time we took in 20 inches of water. The water was in the house for about 6 hours. When the water receded, we could tell our floor had held up to being submerged under water for several hours. Steve told us this was the best floor to get, and after this, we definitely agree. We recommend Carpet Connection, and luxury vinyl planks. Luxury vinyl planks are worth the investment. :)

Love..Love..Love.. it. These guys are Amazing. My floors are beautiful. I have had my kitchen remodeled, my master bath remodeled but never had anyone work like these guys worked. They treated our home like it was theirs, they moved heavy furniture with care , worked as a team and completed the job in a week and replaced all the furniture.

My husband and I are so extremely happy with our experience with Carpet Connection. It was A+ customer service from start to finish. These guys are an absolute pleasure to do business with. From walking into their showroom, Steve helped us pick a few vinyl flooring options. They have such a wide variety of different flooring to choose from. We appreciated his guidance and suggestions. We were able to take a few samples home to see what would work best. Within a few days, we made a decision and Steve stopped by to quote us in home and pick up the samples. Within a day or two, our project was scheduled! Josh and Leo were the absolute dream team! They pulled up ALL of the carpet in our home and installed our floors. This is the second time I used Carpet Connection. We had used them in 2004 to install hardwood in great room. We decided this year to hardwood the rest of our house and tried to find a match to our family room. Steve (owner) helped us get the closest match. The communication prior to the install, through the install, and the follow up was superior! Could not be happier. I highly recommend Carpet Connection. I will be installing carpet in bedrooms soon and will only go with Carpet Connection.

Incredible installation process ! Workers were friendly but professional. Worked hard, clean & constant without taking a single break except to eat. Very clean work & cleaned up after themselves. I KNEW I would love the product but I was equally as pleased with the installation crew & process. I will use this company & install crew again in a second !!!

I am writing this on behalf of my elderly mother who was having a hard time arranging the purchase and installation of carpet in her house damaged by the Hurricane Harvey flood waters. The big box stores were giving her the 'run-around' and she was quite frustrated by the lack of communication and constant back order excuses. Through Angie's list we found the Carpet Connection and we were so glad that we did. They were honest, prompt, and very professional. Zero complaints, I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a quality carpet with professional installation at a good price.

It was an excellent experience. Steve was very helpful in the decision making process, showing us various selections and explaining the options until we were comfortable with our choice. Their crews did a tremendous job stripping the original floors and installing the new flooring within our limited time-frame and budget. Fabulous, hassle free, excellent communication, very promt time keeping, competitively priced, first class work performed by a first class crew who took a pride in their profession. An excellent project carried out by people who 'know their stuff' Nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure to have had Carpet Connection in our home.

We purchased a new home in May of 2017 and needed to replace the carpet in the entire house (approx. 4500 sq. ft.). Our realtor and friend suggested using Carpet Connection as she had had a good experience with them. We went to the store and spoke to Steve Wisenbaker and he was extremely helpful. He assisted us in choosing a carpet that fit our needs and budget; and he came out to our home to measure and give advice, including working out the best way to lay the carpet to ensure minimum waste. He knew our home would be a difficult installation due to the layout (two staircases, one curved and one with three turns; an upstairs with numerous step ups and many angles, etc.), so he scheduled his best installers for our project. The installers were professional and did an excellent job (it took two full days due to the difficulty). Steve followed up both during and after the install to ensure all went well. We were very pleased with the outcome. Only three months later, our house flooded during Hurricane Harvey and we sustained almost 4' of water in our new home. During the restoration process, we contacted Steve and told him that we would ultimately need to re-carpet the entire downstairs. He checked that the carpet we had originally purchased was still available and ordered it immediately to ensure we would have it when necessary. He not only gave it to us at the same price as the first installation, he also offered to hold it for us in his warehouse until our restoration was at the point that we were ready to install the carpet. The second installation again went without a hitch and the installers did a great job and worked very hard to get the project completed in an efficient and timely manner. I recommend Carpet Connection with no reservation and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

They did a good job. They came when they were supposed to. They did everything they were supposed to, and I’m very satisfied. Everything went fine. The carpets holding up well. The installation went well. They were on time, everything went fine. I would recommend, and if I would recommend them I must think pretty well of them. The installation took about two days. The workers were fine.

We were very happy with Carpet Connection! They made the process of getting new carpet on stairs and the rooms upstairs an easy experience. From the salesperson to the installers, everyone was wonderful. From the time of measuring, our carpet was installed in less than a week - with a special order carpet! Would highly recommend Carpet Connection and we will use them again.

Everything is absolutely gorgeous. The start and finish dates were met. Their installers worked efficiently and were polite while being sure all was clean as well. The end result is a beautiful job beyond expectation!

From the time I walked into the store until the carpet installers finished the job everything went smoothly. We're loving our new plush carpet. The installers got everything done in one day and we didn't need to move any of the furniture ourselves. Great job!!!

Worst installation I have seen. Too many things wrong to take time to list.

Excellent sales and service experience.

It was terrible. We had to have a separate mediation. They are a terrible company to do business with, very close to being fraudulent. It was several years ago. I would never do business with them again. I couldn't recommend them. They misrepresented, we asked for a replacement of a similar type of pad that we had, which was a very thick pad. They gave a quotation on it and then they came in and gave a very thin cheap pad and then they claimed, "Oh no, that was never part of the deal." So we had the entire closet area of about 50 square feet that they measured and then when they came back to put it in, they didn't have that in there at all. It was in the quotes that we compared to everyone else and then everything was changed for lesser benefit for the customer. The young man was the son of the owner that was doing all that and he was very nasty to deal with. He was dishonest and did not tell the truth. The quality was terrible. We're going to have to redo it now. Everything about the experience of dealing with him was bad. What they delivered was not what was quoted.
