Met with Sales representative who asked what we wanted and quoted a price. However, he did not appear to translate our wishes into the work order. Did not get the bench I was quoted with the price. Contacted Sales representative who stated it would be another $2,500 because he forgot. Called supervisor who stated he would call back. This was on 1/15/24, no call back and no resolution. Bathroom is not complete due to no bench and shower head leaks. Still waiting for a call for some resolution about the bench on 1/26.

The two gentlemen that did the work, Randy T. and Shane B. were extremely professional and looked like they really enjoyed what they were doing. The company is very fortunate to have them working for them. When it came time to bring in the cover for the glass doors they noticed that there was a small scratch on it. Showed it to me and said that they were going to have a team come in and replace it. Well the next morning we had a team show up and they replaced the cover, I know thatâ s not what you call it but itâ s the bar at the top of the glass doors. Thank you very much.

What a great experience with West Shore Home. Kyle, Dennis and Riley came to our house on time, 8 am when promised and worked until 7 PM to have our new beautiful shower installed. The level of professionalism is outstanding. West Shore really cares about you the customer. Also another amazing thing was that their management stopped by. District manager and project manager. Brandon made the whole decision-making experience of doing a complete master shower remodel, including the financing, a breeze. West Shore Homes called with an earlier availability for install so got it quicker than expected. Kyle and Dennisâ crew showed up on time and prepared. Work was accomplished expeditiously, professionally and beautifully. The results were amazing! I expected a mess from this major remodel yet when everything was completed, the work area was cleaner than they found it. No left over messes, entire crew was exceptionally polite and professional, work was completed ahead of schedule and I was very impressed overall. Highly recommend utilizing West Shore Homes for any bathroom/shower remodel.

I hired WestShore homes to build a walk in shower. It started out good. The installers were great very professional and worked hard to get me the desired shower. Day two the drain pan cracked and since I had a special order a new pan had to be ordered. Remember this was suppose to be a two day install. Day 7 I did not hear from anyone so o called John who stated he was not sure if the pan arrived due to its size. He checked the warehouse and discovered it was there. We rescheduled for Wednesday, January 10. We are now on day 8 , the installers came out to complete the job. The glass doors were not the right size so I was told they would return the next day.[day 9]. New glass arrived. I get home from work and the handles on the doors are bronze while all my fixtures are black. So guess what job still not complete. I did not sign off as completed but they have charged my credit card the remaining balance for an incomplete job. Very disappointed and I will never use this company again.

We recently had a new shower installed by West Shore Home. They tore out a shower and a bathtub and replaced it with a much larger shower and a small space that we intend to use as linen closet. I would like to talk a little bit about our installer crew. Jake N. was the acting on site Foreman, Brynn, Matt, and John worked with him to complete the installation. I cannot praise them enough. They were so customer focused and dedicated to making sure that we got the shower that we had requested. They treated our home with such respect, making sure that it was clean. When you look at the videos on their website about how the job is done step by step, stage by stage making sure that everything is done correctly. The job took a little longer than expected because of a miscommunication with the salesperson for the project. When we noted the issue it was so pleasing to see how they reacted immediately. They brought a supervisor out to review the work and he made a couple of really great decisions. He stated to us don't worry we will make it right. And that is exactly what they did. Everything was done to our expectations and the resulting shower is of such high quality and the craftsmanship so solid I am sure that this shower will be a very very important selling point when we resell this house. The value of the shower the thing installed is well in keeping with the price of the work. It is a professional job and it has enhanced the value of our home. I wish we could rate this higher but I stand by everything that I've said. This is a wonderful and reliable company. They communicate well in advance of the work and follow up once the work is complete. Well done and thank you. It isn't very often that you see a company that is so willing to stand by their pledge of customer satisfaction. All I can say is they have truly proven their honesty and commitment to making sure that a customer receives exactly what they ordered.
