Jeremy Brister (salesperson) was very professional and knowledgeable about the materials, installation process, and financing process. He was very patient with us and took the time to make sure we understood the entire agreement and installation processes and he even checked in with us post-installation to ensure that all was up to our satisfaction. The installation crew (Kyle, Kia, Henry, Jake and Alan) was very punctual on both installation days (2 day installation because we needed a city permit for our remodel), professional, respectful and we really appreciated how mindful they were about keeping the working area as clean as possible. Overall, our expectations were exceeded from start to finish with this shower installation. Thank you to West Shore Home for the amazing experience!

This process was so easy. From our salesman, Mack who didnâ t vote us with hours of talk to the three very professional, courteous installers, Kyle, Bryan & Matt, I couldnâ t have asked for better service and we love our new shower.

I just had a tub/shower replacement and a tub to shower conversion with West Shore Home. They did both in one day and the experience couldnâ t have been better. From the sales visit with Federico to the installs today with Kyle, Zach , David and Ethan and their whole team. Federico was there to answer any and all of my questions and concerns before the install and even came by to check on things during the install. The guys on the install team took care of everything and got everything done and cleaned up. They explained everything to me and answered all of my questions! I canâ t say enough good things about this experience. I was very nervous about this project, but these guys at West Shore Homes made everything easy. And they look great! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to update their bathroom! 5 + stars from me! Thanks again to the Houston team at West Shore Homes!

Awesome workers and company

Manny, Israel, and John did a fantastic job installing a new shower. They demolished our old tub we had for 40 years. Cleaned up after themselves. They explained all the work that was being done. We are very happy with the results.. Very excellent crew and very well mannered. 𠤩𠤩𠤩

Mike and Cesar were great, they were on time and promptly got going on the project. They kept me informed the whole time they were here. Went over the final product which is amazing. 10 out of 10 recommend them very polite and great at communicating

Zack and Ethan were great. They arrived promptly. Provided detailed step by step work to be performed and created realistic expectation. Job was completed with detailed precision and double checked for any issues. After the job, made sure everything was cleaned and spotless. Took extra care with the work. Over all, great experience working with West Shore Home.

All the installers were very friendly and courteous. Could answer any of my questions. They covered everything in the area to protect it. The job was finished in one day as advertised and afterwards they cleaned up as if they had not been there. The materials were top grade and the build out was very professional. I had contacted other companies but West Shore impressed me the most with the quality of their materials and their presentation. I got my moneys worth. Could not be more pleased.

We had to call a technician back out because a black residue showed up on the walls of the shower. Robert came out and cleaned it with no problem. Turns out candles that we had I. The living room left soot on the material. We appreciated Robertâ  s quick and thorough response.

Overall it was a great experience. Bailey was very thoughtful and thorough in explaining the process and our options. Our installers, Ozz, Israel, John, Bryn and Dennis were all very professional and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and efficiently.

The team of Mike, Cesar and Shane did an awesome job of installing the walkin tub. They were extremely professional and respectful. Everything was left clean and in its place. I appreciate the work that was done.
