The sales rep, Kerel, was friendly and knowledgeable about the process. The installers, Alex and Eric, were clearly experience with the tub-to-shower conversions, and finished in a day, just like the company promised. They did a great job. They were careful about the rest of the bathroom, cleaned up behind themselves and removed all trash. I am glad we chose West Shore Home for this project and would recommend them to anyone considering this type of project!

Very timely..perfect fit, finish and clean up. Very attentive crew. They went out of their way to address additional concerns and corrected them perfectly and willingly..They kept us informed of the progress and integrated our input into the finished project. Alex and Khae did a fantastic job-all in one day as advertised!! They hauled out the debri, cleaned up afterwards and gave us a walk-in shower. And it is beautiful! Thank you to West Shore Home and to Alan, Eric, Alex and Khae for all their help and work that was done in our home. I feel much safer having a walk-in shower with the safety rails now.

The installers. Alex, Khae, and Deshawn were excellent in their knowledge. Their personalities were very warm and engsging.

Kyle, Israel, and Randy were excellent , skilled workers. They worked continuously. We were informed at all times as to what they were doing. When finished, they explained step by step what we were to expect as they checked off each area.

On time. Professional. And a real passion for getting the job done perfectly. Our new shower is beautiful. Better than what we were expecting. Finished a complete demo and installation in less than 10 hours. Cleaned up everything and hauled all demo'd material, including an old tub. During installation 2 managers came out to see how install was going. A special thanks to the best crew I have ever dealt with. Alex Israel Matt Jake. Thanks guys. You made my day. And more importantly. You made my wifeâ s day. I could go on, but simply put Best company I have ever hired.

I thought this kind of customer service was something in the past but was so glad we picked this company to go with. During the job a mistake was made & they were quick to correct it at no cost hassle free. I would definitely recommend.

They arrived on-time, were professional the whole time. They truly do cover the pathway where they walk.. steps and all.. probably left my restroom cleaner.. definitely recommend and already thinking of doing our downstairs restroom.. KJ and Mat were awesome!

Very professional and completed one day . Mike, A.J. and Alex were very professional, made me aware of progress as it happened. It was a good experience, all went well.

The installation crew, Mike, A.J. and Alex, were extremely professional and polite. Kept us informed and asked questions when needed. Customer satisfaction was their goal and not just â getting it doneâ . The .5 reduction on customer service (sales agent) is in regards to not being contacted of a change or omitted of supply prior to installation. This was a result of the manufacturer discontinuing the part. However, we were able to find the actual part locally, needed for the original design ordered. We also notified the agent of our diligent effort for the original order however as of this review no compensation from the company has been offered.

West Shore Home replaced our old tub with a walk-in shower and we couldnâ t be happier. Our rep, Scott T., was very helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted and checked in to make sure everything was still good after signing. He also came by on installation day to make sure everything was going smoothly. Our install team led by Ed B. And Israel M. were incredible. Excellent work, and extremely kind and professional. Weâ ve been happy every step of the way and everyone weâ ve dealt with has been great!
