Robert came to fix a small issue with our shower installed by West Shore Home. He was very knowledgeable and made sure they would fix any issues I would have. Robert made sure I was completely happy with our shower before leaving.

Robert and Norman came out after a tub to shower install to fix an issue with a hot water line. Norman, the master plumber assessed the issue and found the best way to deal with it, even cleaned out the faucets. Robert repaired the drywall and became very friendly with Simba (my dog). Both guys were very punctual, informative and professional. Thank you guys!

West Shore Home was contracted to do a bathroom remodel from a jet run to an accessible walk-in shower. We worked with Kennedy on the design and the installation team made the design come to life. It was a two day project and well worth the wait. Special thanks to Kyle, Matt and Shane for a wonderful job transforming the bathroom. They were courteous, friendly and professional from start to finished. Listened to any input I had on placement of hardware within the shower. We are very very pleased with the results.

First off, we thank Kerol for his presentation that sold us on the bathroom. He wasnâ t pushy, gave a great presentation, was very knowledgeable and professional. That said, WE LOVE OUR NEW SHOWER! Randy and Henry did an outstanding job. Randy, the lead installer, was very knowledgeable, honest, didnâ t talk shop at us and explained everything step-by-step. Our scheduled install date was going fine until Randy called me in to tell me we had termites. AARGH, oh no. Thank God I was able to find a reputable company that serviced us the same day. We had our property treated and Randy and Henry were back the very next day to finish the install. They got right to work, replaced a few beams, working diligently, but not a rush job. These gentlemen are AWESOME! My hubby is a hard man to please, but he is truly, truly happy with the install. We will be having our guest bathroom done also and we will be requesting Randy and Henry. Thank you West Shore, Home, Randy and Henry.

West Shore Home is a very reliable company! I highly recommend them if youâ re looking to replace your bath tub to a stand-up shower with more space. From the beginning we were very pleased with their sales representative Jahan Kargar, who came to our home. He explained everything thoroughly and showed us many options to choose from with pictures and the financing plans. He made sure to answer our questions and made us feel assured that we were hiring the best. Our installation was quickly scheduled one week later after approval. The West Shore crew arrived promptly at 8am and were done by 2:30 pm. Ron and Earl were quick with installing and explained the process thoroughly. In the end, we were very pleased with our new remodeled shower. I definitely will be calling them back for our next project.

Brandon H. was the salesperson who visited my home. He was very knowledgeable about West Shore Home products and answered all my questions. He was very professional and he left me assured that I made the right decision with my purchase. I first had Jake N. show up at my home to begin the process of removing my old tub and the walls around it. At first he was working on his own, but that did not stop him from putting in the exceptional work that he did. Manager Jeff C. then showed up to assist him, and I very much enjoyed and appreciated his "hands-on" approach with helping Jake on the installation of my shower area. I appreciated so much when I was told that the product that was being placed in my bathroom was defective. Jeff was apologetic and assured that they will take care of replacing it in a timely manner. And that they did! Only a couple days later, Randy T. and Oz C. showed up at my home to install my new shower. I am more than satisfied with the end result!
