I tried to call them today to come out on another issue, because I could use my $129 credit that I purchased through Angies's. They have two lines on their invoices and there was no answer. on either So, in my opinoi, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaao't 2/26/2016 update: No answer at either numbers. I guess I lost $129 through Angie's list. Think I may cancel Angie.

Scheduled appointment 2 days out. Was given a time window of between 11am and 1pm. I fully expected to have to wait the full 2 hours (if not longer). They showed up early! It was all uphill from there. Very courteous, professional and personable plumber. He even made it a point to come back and give me suggestions about ways to treat the issue if it persisted. Would definitely recommend. They deserve the high ratings they have received on this site.

I was super impressed with the quick response: I called Sean on Friday night, and his office called me back on Saturday morning to schedule the on-site visit on Monday morning! Sean showed up on time, and was very thorough in checking the piping system (he even climbed up to the attic to inspect). After about 20-30 minutes inspection, he confirmed that the "dripping noise" I heard was just hot water tracting the pipe, something that is considered normal and harmless! In addition to checking the piping, Sean also helped me with the drainage problem of a newly-installed bathtub. He did this for me without charge! I often have to interview a couple of companies before I decide who to hire for any house job, be it plumbing, electricity, or remodeling. I will stick to Wedgeworth for any plumbing issue simply because they are very reliable and professional. Five stars without reservation!

Wedgeworth were great. They quickly noticed the issue with my garbage disposal and fixed it immediately. Since it only took a short time to fix they did not charge me anymore than the call out fee.

The gentleman was just a tad bit late and did not call 30 minutes before arrival, as I was advised. He was very nice, professional and started looking at my garbage disposal and toilet issue. I had purchased a new garbage disposal and needed it installed, I had a leaky faucet that probably only needed a new gasket and also had a toilet that needed either an adjustment or possibly a new flapper (which we had already purchased as well) because it was constantly running. The repairman advised it would cost $742.00 and stated they would deduct the $200.00 credit from that estimate, leaving me a balance of $542.00. I don't know how he came up with such a high estimate, but I was not prepared to pay nor expected that high of an estimate. I have decided to You Tube my plumbing issues and fix them myself.

The Wedgeworth Plumbing employee (I think his name was Edwin) showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our non-functioning showers. He was obviously a man who knew plumbing. Unlike some other plumbers I have used in the past, he was extremely professional and courteous. Edwin gave me great confidence that the work would be performed properly. And it was - the showers worked better than ever! He was even kind enough to suggest that I soak one of the shower heads in vinegar to remove some mineral build-up. He removed the shower head for me (I was not strong enough to do it myself). After soaking the shower in vinegar overnight, it was like new. Ask for Edwin if you have a choice of plumbers.

I bought the deal in the AM and got an email back from Erica within a couple of hours. I called her and scheduled an appointment for the next day, which was find for me as it was a non emergency call. The excellent and honest plumber, whose name I'm not mentioning as everyone would likely special request him, got here on time. I explained the problem and he gave me a fair quote which I agreed to. He was able to change the pull out sprayer but could not change the cartridge because the Allen nut stripped due to the calcium built up and it would have to be drill it out or cut out. And I would not have a workable kitchen faucet. So I would need to get a couple of extra parts to finish the job so we agreed I will get those from the manufacturer and reschedule another appointment with him. The plumber was fair and only charged me for a diagnostic visit. I felt I was treated very fairly and knew I could trust him and Wedgeworth. So I also had him look at my water heater and he gave me a fair price to fix that problem as well. As soon as I get the additional parts I need I will book another appointment and special request this plumber again. and have the additional work performed at the same time. Thanks!

They did an excellent job starting with the very first visit. The young man showed up on time and assessed the job. He tried to just snake out the drain but quickly found the same thing the other 2 companies did, there was a hole in the pipe. He gave me a quote much less than either of the other bidders. I don't normally go with the lowest bid but I liked what they had to say and they said they didn't have to go through the floor and foundation. We scheduled the work and they came out and did exactly what they said they were going to do. There was an issue when they went to fix it but it was addressed and the job was completed on time. They had the work inspected and approved by the city. I am very please and recommend this company.

It was fine. I used them, and the work was good. I bought a deal with the discount. The price was more, so after the discount, the deal wasn't much of a deal.

I set up the appointment on Angies' List hoping for a quick turnaround service. I was afraid the spigot could have been hard to replace because the galvanized pipe it was screwed to looked very corroded. It took the plumber less than 5 minutes to unthread it and screw a new one on. The total time for this service was less that 10 minutes start to finish. The technician was very pleasant and seems to have done a good job. He said the typical cost for a procedure like this was $200 and that we didn't owe him any more money (PD $129 for $200 worth of service). WHEW!! When a plumber charges that much for simple fix it makes me think I got in the wrong business. My price rating above reflects my naivety of the cost of a plumber. In the future I will not be purchasing services through Angies List uninformed. I will be calling a plumber or service provider, getting a quote and then making an informed decision before blindly fumbling through two different middlemen. If you do use Wedgeworth plumbing make sure to follow up with the secretary ON THE PHONE, she gets way too many emails to keep track of them all.

I'm usually a DYI person, but due to health issues, I needed a professional to perform this job. I purchased a kitchen sink faucet from a Lowe's and called Wedgeworth Plumbing to install it. Shaun arrived within the time frame they mentioned and right off the bat I knew I made the right choice. He was very personable and professional. He didn't treat me as a customer, instead, he treated me like a friend. He was about 2 hours into the job and almost finished when he discovered that a quick connect part wouldn't engage properly. He called the manufacturer to have a replacement part shipped directly to me. The manufacturer said the part was in stock and would ship out the next morning. This was Thursday evening which meant Friday shipment, receive on Monday. I couldn't go the entire weekend without a faucet. So, Shaun offered to return if I was able to take the faucet back to the purchase location and exchange for another, which I did. He returned later that evening, around 7:30 pm. I don't know of anyone that would have come back that late. I actually expected him to want to return the next day. But not Shaun. He sacrificed his time at home with his family and was able to install the kitchen faucet. I'd asked that if he wasn't in too much of a rush, to take a look at my bathroom faucet that was giving me a little trouble. He did so without so much as blinking an eye and repaired it in a matter of minutes. I was really impressed with his knowledge and workmanship. I give Wedgeworth Plumbing a AAA+ rating for their professionalism and care for the customer. I would most definitely recommend Shaun and his company for any and all plumbing needs.

I called to request an appointment and the found a time the next day between 3pm and 6pm. Their office called me around 5pm to tell me the plumber was on his way. He arrived a little before 6pm. He took a look and then gave me a price quote before doing the work. The clog was pretty tough--it took him several tries with an auger to get it out--but he did it. He also checked out meter and tested the toilets for leaks. Through it all he was very professional. I would absolutely use this service again.

Called Wedgeworth around 8am and they told they could have a plumber out this afternoon. Plumber arrived during the 2 hour window and was professional and courteous. Snaked the drain and applied the 10% Angie's List discount without even asking.

It went well. The plumber was very professional. There were not surprises. In short, I was pleased with the experience.

The service went well. They were a couple hours late but they did come to do the work. Their office informed me of the delay caused by an earlier job.

Extremely efficient installation without having to rip open wall. Came to the door & put on shoe coverings to protect floors. Checked all house plumbing after installation to insure water was flowing correctly. Courteous & friendly. Their experience and analysis was very apparent. I do not hesitate one bit about recommending their service!

they never called back. i left a voice mail and email them as well. but no response. it's been a week.

They are just okay. I probably won't use them in the future. I think it could have been done in half the price but I think most plumbing companies are like that. He tried to sell us other stuff when he was here. I think they're pricey. They should have done a proper evaluation before quoting me a number. He was trying to sell me something that wasn't very cheap, so it's not honest.

The approximately 50 year old drain line from our washing machine in the garage to the main drain broke causing water overflow. I checked ANGIE'S LIST and selected WEDGEWORTH PLUMBING based on the reviews. Sean came to the house, checked things over and explained my options, then made a recommendation ...I agreed. This was a BIG job...the trenching crew and team that Sean assembled were absolutely top-notch. Sean supervised and gave me running accounts of how things were going, unexpected problems and recommended solutions. I was afraid this whole thing was going to be a nightmare but it was not. Sean's cost estimate was right on. Sean was patient and friendly...a very likeable person, a real professional. . It was obvious to me from the beginning that I had made the right choice with WEDGEWORTH and I will continue to use them.

Rex was our plumber and he was punctual, professional, friendly, and took personal interest in making sure we were satisfied with his services. The people who answer their phones were also very professional and courteous. Great company!

The technician fixed it in about 60 seconds, and showed me how I can fix it on my own in the future. He did not charge me. He showed up on time and was very professional. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs!
