Description of Work: They replaced the overflow device in two bathtubs upstairs and repaired the leak in the exposed pipes under the tubs after I had the sheetrock removed on the first floor.

Description of Work: Had issues with a DIY kitchen faucet installation. Called and was able to schedule an appointment for the next business day. They were a bit late but that was due to the amount of traffic between their last stop and my home. They corrected the mistakes of the previous plumbing company's termination of the water lines from 4-5 years ago and verified that everything was repaired to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: The sent an email and said they didn't service my area.

Description of Work: Repaired a leak in the pipe where the water comes into my home. The pipe was in the slab and he was able to work around that problem and install an outside faucet and water cut off. Sean is a very nice young man that arrived when they said he would, did the repairs just as we discussed and was very helpful in finding a way to do the repairs that would save me money and gave me an extra benefit of an additional outside faucet. I was very pleased. I will definitely ask for Sean if I have any additional plumbing problems.

Description of Work: The kitchen sink was clogged. We tried everything we could to unclog. With no success, we found these guys and they fit us in the next day and had a much longer snake to go deep and unclog . They were great on every level.

Description of Work: The plumber that came out was very professional and friendly. Did a good job and I would recommend/use again. The first date to come out was cancelled about an hour before and rescheduled. No disrespect to the Co but that's the third time a plumber has done that(or not showed/forgot, so don't know if that's the norm.) No reason was given, but didn't expect. When he came ,he did a good job and I was very pleased. Had a kitchen sink faucet replaced and a garbage disposal. Both were different than the one I had, but we discussed,and it worked really well. Tried to get everything I needed, but there was hoses I hadn't gotten that went with the new faucet, that the plumber had, but the price was $162, adding to cost. Total for replacing disposal, faucet, two hoses was $755..-$200 Angies list ($129 for $200 of work), so $555. |A few days later when I did a full sink of dishes and drained it, it started leaking again. I figured a washer or something needed to be tightened a little more or seal redone. I called 3 different days, and left two messages but no one called me back, over a Fri- Mon. It was a small Co so I figured they may be out of town, but expected a call sometime Mon. On Tues morn I called and she answered, but I could tell she wasn't very happy she had answered the call by change in voice and attitude when I told her it was still leaking and needed to be looked at again. Things can happen, and I could still use my sink on left side, so wasn't in intense need. We had to schedule a few days out, was ok. He came, we discussed, found issue and he fixed. Worked great ever since. I would give plumber an A, and perhaps Co too, but if the leak had been severe or I couldn't use at all, I would have wanted to at least have them call me back within a couple days or I would have had to call someone else and pay more to fix...so that is a concern in using them again.

Description of Work: Recognized and found source of mildew smell from a/c system. Cleaned coils and complete system. Installed ultraviolet light to prevent any mold/mildew. Sealed around the tubes coming from system. Very professional. Worked quickly. Very satisfied

Description of Work: Subcontractor Giuliani. Replaced shower valve and tub drain including drain extension to vent. Did good work. Resolved leaking drain. Just seemed very high price for time and materials required. Did not include repairing wall and ceiling sheet rock access holes made. I had to repair this myself. Only took me about $10 materials + an hour and half of my time.

Description of Work: Wedgeworth Plumbing were very helpful and assertive to helping with my plumbing needs. Turns out our issue wasn't an issue at all. But if the need arises I will certainly contact them again.

Description of Work: I purchased the Plumbing deal from Wedgeworth and scheduled the appointment. The scheduler new about the Angie's list deal and noted it on the service request. Unfortunately the service tech that came missed that detail and billed for the full amount of the service call. Erica at Wedgeworth said I should contact you and request a refund for my purchased deal from Angie's list. $124.00 for $200.00 service. Plumbing-1461270-1 Thank you. Phil Timpa.

Description of Work: Changed 3 Kohler toilet seats that were not a simple task, Involved welding. Replaced kitchen faucet and moved and added hose under sink. Installed new filters for water system.

Description of Work: The plumber told me I didn't have enough work to use my coupon and rather than have a credit back to pay for the service call and request my money back from Angie's List. I am asking for a reimbursement since I paid the plumber $49.00

Description of Work: Repaired a shower/tub leak and repaired a toilet that was not filling properly.

Description of Work: I purchased $200 worth of plumbing services for $124 and intended to use it to install a simple bathroom faucet (a similar one installed in the kitchen a month ago by our contractor was quick and easy.). I was very clear in my appointment request what we needed done - but when the man arrived to install the faucet he told me they charge $498!!! I was shocked! He called his boss who said he'd give me a discount and only charge me an ADDITIONAL $198. No way!! I called two other A rated Angie's list members who quoted me a flat rate of $160 (and could complete it today) or another company who could come in two days and charges $125/hour. (And I've used that company before and they do great work and are very efficient). Needless to say - wedgeworth is out of touch with their pricing and I will not be recommending them or using them again. Super disappointed in this deal and the time I wasted waiting around for them.

Description of Work: we requested some materials, water filters. There was a problem with the sub contractors that they used. The office did not cordinate with them. subcontractors very well.
