Excellent. Quick diagnosis and work.

The technician not only replaced the plumbing under the bathroom sink to repair the leak, he also (at my request) corrected plumbing in my kitchen which had been run incorrectly when the previous owners installed the dishwasher and gave me a competitive bid to replace my hot water heater. Based on his bid, I opted to upgrade my system to a tankless water heater. Wedgeworth returned a few days later and completed the additional work. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Their work caused a leak of my toilet in my second floor bathroom. Won't be using again. Don't remember exact date. Also he told me he had the toilet but could not do the work because he needed help bringing the toilet upstairs do the work would have to be rescheduled. I told him my son was home and could help carry it. My son said he carried the toilet himself with little help from the plumber.

My Service representative Rex performed the jobs with such professionalism. Jobs were completed in a timely manner. Very happy with the work performed. He also gave me an estimate for replacement of bathtub which I was planning to have done.

Great service! Thorough and honest team. The plumbing team was unable to do the work however they tried hard to find a solution but unfortunately it was not possible. My old faucet had been left behind the new siding placed by the home's previous owner. Eventhough work was not done the plumbing team was so professional, they sought for solutions and left the area just as clean as they had found it when they had concluded they'd be unable to do the work. I would hire this team again.

OK, I wished he would have replaced the inside of toilet. Instead he told me I was flushing wrong. ie. holding the handle down to long which prevented the tank from filling up properly with water. Hard to change the way you flush. This company is good and I had previous experiences with them i.e replaced all three of my toilets, and that went well. Just this one call that did not fix the problem

Kudos to Damondrick and all the staff at WEDGEWORTH PLUMBING! We’ve been battling our washer back-flow at the stand-pipe or drain-pipe for a long time. Liquid drain products no longer worked. I joined Angie’s list to find a good plumber and found a GREAT plumber. From the front office that actually listened to my issue and promptly gave me a next day time slot I was very pleased to our professional-plumber who also carefully listened to our issue. Then proceeded to investigate afterwards clearly defined the potential problem. Damondrick provided me with pricing outcomes of snaking the lines from either the stand pipe or from the vent pipe on the roof. The leaking pipe was fixed and all is working fine. I was trying to do something different from ARS, because they're always expensive. I think this service was very pricey for 2 hours of work. I will shop around a little more than next time.

We called when we came home from vacation to find a leak from our upstairs sinks. Sean was able to come by within 30 mins of the phone call and checked out the plumbing. He unclogged the upstairs drain and assessed the drain lines for the AC units. Sean completed the work in about an hour.

Damondrick Bennett came to help us with the drain pipe for our washer. We initially hired another plumber and told us that the p-trap was broken and would cost us a lot of money. We called Wedgeworth Plumbing for a second opinion. Damondrick diagnosed the problem, explained what was the problem and the procedure needed to fix the problem. It was not the p-trap that was the problem! The drain pipe was just blocked! Damondrick was very knowledgeable and helpful. Outstanding! * Wedgeworth's estimate was very reasonable, and they honored it even though the job turned out to be more complicated than was originally anticipated (thanks to tree roots and a non-standard water service line) * Rex was very meticulous and thorough replacing the valve; took great care to return the "dig site" to as close original condition as possible; and was very courteous and pleasant throughout the process We will definitely use Wedgeworth again, and will recommend them to others

Service call went well other than not receiving an advance call from the main office. Edwin was great and I would be comfortable for him to do more work at my house in the future.

Rex was terrific. Got it all done very professionally - had to drive to get parts - back quickly. All is as it should be. Gave good advice on a faucet that's slightly clogged and cleaned out a shower head for now charge. Great guy - would have Wedgeworth back again.

We were given a two hour arrival window, The office called us to see if we were available for an earlier appointment, and we accepted. The plumber was one hour early than the original appointment, and arrived exactly when promised. The plumber asked a few questions, ran a few tests, looked at alternatives, and then provided an estimate up front. Plumber had all of the tools he needed with him and completed the job in about 30 minutes. The plumber did not try to sell anything outside of the scope of the project and made excellent recommendations for how to prevent future problems, such as the type of soap to use and how to best use the food grinder. Price paid was exactly the amount estimated. 180 day warranty was provided for all services, which I thought was pretty good.

Rex arrived within the promised time slot. He reconnected the disposal for the quoted price of $200 even though the job was more complicated than we had said because it had previously been botched by a handyman. (The true cost to us was only $129 because we had bought an Angie's $200 for $129 voucher offer.) He also removed a rusted-in bathtub spout and did this without charge. He was completely professional and we were delighted with his work. We will certainly use Wedgeworth again.

Edwin saw immediately what was causing the leak. The disposal that had been there for a couple of years had worked itself away from the sink. He pulled it down cleaned it up and reattached it will new sealing. It is now quieter and runs smoother and does not leak.

Arrangements were made on Monday for a Tuesday afternoon visit to do described work. Edwin arrived well within the 2 hour window promised. The work was done efficiently and neatly Edwin had to make adjustments in the disposal that I had purchased in order for it to fit. He made the alterations with skill that only comes from experience. I'm very pleased with my experience.

Rebuilt toilet; we paid an additional $68 because it was a "rebuild" rather than the $129 "repair" we pre-purchased.

A representative called this morning to confirm the appointment, and they showed up right on time. Everyone I talked with from Wedgeworth was friendly and professional, and did a great job. I am selling the house I am currently in, and had to have all work certified by a licensed plumber. They did a great job, and I will be using them again for the remodeling work we have planned at the new house.
