It went perfect! Damondrick was the technician & he was a great communicator & was very patient in trying to do the work. He really thought it through and took his time. He was able to fix my problem thank goodness. I would recommend him & I would request him again.

I spent a long time researching good plumbers online via Yelp, Angie's List and the Next door app. I am kind of a need that way. I saw great reviews for wedgeworth on all 3 apps. Out of the highly reviewed plumbers I called, wedgeworth was the only one that could come out within a few days (due to spring break being busy for all plumbers). So that was a win already. Demondrick came out and was very professional, courteous and helpful. He even cleaned up when he left. I thought I was having some plumbing issues but he reassured me that everything was ok and that nothing needed to be repaired. This was a huge relief especially since another plumber told me that it would cost almost $600. He also checked my master shower drain because something had fallen down it and also reassured me that it was draining well and there was no issue. It is so refreshing to find an HONEST plumber!!! Wedgeworth plumbing and Demondrick are my go to plumber from now on.

Shawn quickly diagnosed the problem with a water leak near the water main. He knows his trade and performed with excellence. Highly recommended. He will be the first I call with any plumbing issue.

They found the leak, repaired the pipe and then made sure that took care of the problem. I also had another problem with a slow leak in the wall which they recommended using a leak detection service and then they could repair it.

They were the most obstinate and difficult group that I've tried to work with; really argumentative and slow thinking. They spent more hours arguing over where the location and connections of a gas line than looking and testing. They went through the attic and couldn't figure it out; they went outside and couldn't figure it out; they finally went under the house after I convinced them that the gas line was there and they could check the connection. They went under the house and claimed it was live, filled with gas. They came back days later to cut it. And then they realized the gas line was loose, disconnected, and abandoned. That was $200 - not unreasonable if it had been live and they cut it. While they were there, they changed out a garbage disposal. They simpy replaced it without any piping work. That was ~ $300. That was excessive. My fault, I should've called around to get prices before; however, I did check on prices after and found estimates that were less than $200.

Took longer than I anticipated and I was not happy with the amount of work I was going to have to do afterward, such as sheetrock replacement. It would have been good to have known that prior to the work. Maybe my ignorance. But when I called the next day to comment to the manager/owner he asked if he could come and see the work. He was very professional and responsive and worked with me on everything.

We heard about Wedgeworth through Angie's List. We wanted an estimate for a new water heater. There was no charge to come out (which was great). They provided an estimate on the spot. We even discussed extended warranty. There was no pressure or scary sales tactics. Just upfront information. Very professional. We got a few more estimates from other companies. We decided to go with Wedgeworth because of reputation, and price point. Scheduling the service was easy. They came out on time and finished pretty quick. We have lived with the new water heater for a month now and no problems. Just peace of mind. We would highly recommend Wedgeworth plumbing for water heater service.

very well,,the team led by Damondrick was excellent. Damondrick was on top of EVERYTHING and communicated well, providing understandable information regarding all of the plumbing processes. Very professional. All household items were put back in its place at the end of each day, with vacuuming added as well. Youzny was also a valuable team member.. Any future work done in my home, I will definitely request that Damondrick be placed in charge!

I have always found him and his workmen to be very competent. Years ago they were an Angie's List recommendation and they've done work for me ever since. We're having more things done than what was bid on, but as far as the bid price, with the Angie's List discount of 15% it is comparable to other companies and better than several companies, and I trust them. On price, I think they've always been fair; I'd give them an A. There's at least six at a time doing the work; there's been seven when the owner came by. They came in by 9:00; they said it would take two to three days. I've used them since 2010. What's sticking out that they're doing well so far? I guess their courtesy and asking my opinion about things and the way I want them done. I doubt a plumber would know, but anyway they do include me in some of the decision making process.

Faucet couldn't be fixed. New faucet installed. Too expensive (we provided the faucet).

They were really quick and courteous. They had the replacement part on hand, I didn't even have to go get it myself.

They did a great job! The new plumbing is the top-grade flex pipe that is red for hot, and blue for the cold water. I also had them replace all the outdoor faucets with high-quality quarter turn valves. They did an excellent job.

Excellent service; only the best parts!

At first, the workers came and attempted to fix the toilet leak. We thought the job was done, but after they left we realized it wasn't. We were also charged a pretty hefty fee, because they thought the problem was something else. We called and the owner himself showed up, did the repairs, and adjust the price accordingly. He was very professional and apologized for the misunderstanding. He is a very stand-up guy. I would definitely do business with him again.
