He was relatively late, but made up for it by offering great service and discounted the price.

The plumber was very friendly and provided a lot of helpful information. He worked efficiently and stayed a little over to discuss future upgrades I had questions about. I would recommend this company.

Gary got right to work and found the source of our long-standing back-wash problem with our washer: It was a very large hole in the very, very old (55 years) cast iron P-trap. Also, the down spout was too short, something we've suspected for years. He spent three hours in serious heat (the "laundry room" is in our garage) reworking the plumbing for the washer. He has cured a very serious problem that was forcing me to take my laundry to a washateria, and I'm in a wheelchair. We can't say enough about the hard work and great attitude shown by Gary. We believe he represents the fine work-ethic and high standards of Wadsworth Plumbing. They're our company from now on. We also were given a very nice discount for being Angie's List members. Thank you to Gary, Wadsworth and to Angie's List for your aid. Our son was right: "Use Angie's List when you want to hire anyone to do anything."

They did a pretty good service and they did what they said they were going to do. They unplugged the clog and performed that service for me. It took a couple of hours. I discovered this problem, I called them mid-day and they were able to come out the same day, that afternoon. I don't think they put on booties before they came into the house, I would have preferred them doing that even though they didn't ruin or leave any marks. I had my line replaced in 2010 and I didn't think I was going to have any plumbing issues again. They also identified and estimated where they thought the problem was coming from. They also recommended putting a camera down the line too.

Wedgeworth was fast, reliable and helpful. They replaced our leaking hot water heater quickly and for a great price. We were very pleased.

Bought Big deal $124. for $200. worth of plumbing service. Communication by phone and e-mail went well and appt date within days. Worker showed up on time. He looked under sink then gave me invoice for 398.00 to replace sink faucet in Bthrm. I asked why so much answr: " B'cause it's a Pfister and 3 hole type which is what we already had before. After paying 124 i would have to pay another 198.00 to meet his almost $400. charge to install a sink faucet. Decided to get refund.

The job was more than it seemed and additional work had to be performed. The plumbers were very professional, on time if not early, and very clear in what the issues were. The work was completed in a few hours and we have been enjoying clean water ever since.I will use Wedgeworth again.

The service person was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and teseted his work to ensure completeness. He carried the spare part that he needed.

I have used this company twice to repair old galvanized hot water pipes and since then have not had an issue with what they replaced. They are great to work with but a little pricey. However, you do get what you pay for.

We had an emergency situation, and Wedgeworth was the only company that seemed to understand that and came out right away. I can't believe how much time and work the tech put in to clear 3 drains in our back patio and keep water from coming into our home, and then only charged us $146!! Great job and great company.

Having failed to read the "fine print" I bought the "Big Deal" and didn't realize the company didn't service my area. The young lady with Wedgeworth was very nice about it and reassured me that I would be refunded my money by Angies List. Which I was very quickly. No complaints.

Gary did a great job. He showed up right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with a faucet that was stuck. He showed me that a washer had failed and caused the problem. He fixed it and the facucet was working in no time. Even better, he showed me how to save my Angies List coupon. Told me his job was quick, only $49, so I should save my coupon for another job in the house for a much better value. Saved me money in the process. Fantastic!

They did a great job! There was about $1,300 additionally in fees for parts. They weren't the lowest estimate I got. The technician was very conscientious and courteous while in our home though. We plan to hire them again for additional plumbing work.

No showed yesterday, showed up today and quoted $188 to clear kitchen drain. Asked what was the hourly rate was, he said they didn't quote by the hour.

They were very courteous and prompt. I would have been happy if they could have done the work for me, but I really appreciated the fact that they told me that they were not able to do it, instead of them trying to do work that was out of their expertise.

They were pretty reasonable. They were great, they were able to come out right away, they did what they said they would do, they finished, and then they left, which was perfect.

First, the customer service rep, Erica, was professional and personable. She set us up for an appointment with Gary Childress, an Incredible Plumber (that's his actual title on his card, hahah). We had a sewer gas smell in the bathroom. He pulled up the toilet and found that the seal was not actually sealed to the flange, so he cleared off the area and reset the toilet with new seals, siliconed around the base to match the tile, and then cleaned the toilet and scrubbed the surrounding floor, leaving the bathroom clean, tidy, and odor free. But what really impressed me was how he dealt with What We Found Under The Toilet. The X-Files built entire story arcs around the unwholesome substances and life forms unearthed when he lifted the loo. Unspeakable horror swarmed up from that dark drain pipe in the floor, and I screeched like Kate Capshaw in my own personal Temple Of Doom. But not Gary! Like Dr. Jones, he dexterously corralled what creatures he could, flicking them back into the H*** from whence they came, and calmly went on with his work. Professional, patient, good humored, and unflappable. Truly "An Incredible Plumber" and our Hero, hahah! And the prices were very reasonable, too. We will definitely call Wedgeworth Plumbing again.

The technician informed me that I should not have my water heater drained since I had not done this routinely since it was a new unit. It could cause the water heater to fail. He was very honest and could have just taken my money and I would have never known that I was risking failure of my water heater. I really appreciate this company being honest with me. Materials excellent, workmanship excellent. Finally, I've found a good plumber!

Initially, there was a communication issue, but the owner stepped in and solved the problem. The work was done in a short period of time and I am satisfied.

They were on time, fast, and very professional. The last time a plumber pulled a toilet seat for me, they were here all day and it cost me almost $600. I will totally use these guys again and took their business card. I've had a ton of repairs on my house and have become very picky about my service providers.
