Really happy with my decision to call Wedgeworth plumbing to handle my busted trap. Sean showed up, evaluated the situation, gave a predetermined price from his book and took care of business. I feel that the pricing was more than fair and he even went above the original call and help me set the basin after he was finished.

Our downstairs toilet was always troublesome. We've been in our house (original owner) for 9 years and it never flushed with any strength or reliability. And then it started leaking at the base. Brandon came out and explained to us the low quality of toilets that builders often use. The porcelain on the inside is unfinished and eventually accumulates materials that causes the toilet to flush poorly. So we opted for a new toilet. When he removed the old toilet he found that the flange was cracked and was causing the leak. It had cracked due to being installed improperly. Brandon shortened the down pipe and installed a new high quality flange at the proper height above the floor and installed the new toilet. We are thrilled with our new toilet and will probably have a Toro installed in our master bath very soon!

Brandon arrived on time with a helper , got right to work , finished job , cleaned up and everything works nicely .

They did the work and they did it properly. Their pricing was a little exorbitant. When he came out and analyzed it and about anything they do is a minimum of $200. The guy knew what he was doing but I wasn’t happy about the pricing. He was clean and didn’t leave any mess.

Good. He arrived on time and was able to figure out the problem in a very short period of time.

Scheduled us within 1 day of calling. Gave us a preferred appt time (8-9 AM). Arrived promptly. Very friendly. Went above and beyond (noted on invoice that the fact that my water heater now appears to have rust spots is actually the result of rust-colored water dripping on the tank from a damaged pipe positioned above it). Explained everything. Didn?t try to sell me anything I didn?t need

Very Well. We called on a Monday to schedule an appointment speaking to a very nice woman. They offered to come that afternoon. However, we scheduled for first thing Tuesday morning, agreeing to call right before they arrived. They arrived promptly and set right to work. They checked the toilets first and indicated the repairs were minor. Then they looked at the garbage disposal, finding it was cracked and would have to be replaced. We opted for a stainless steel model that they did not carry on their truck. However, within the hour, they were back with the agreed upon model and set to work. When they removed the original model, they found that it had been cracked, sealed and installed as defective by the original builder (something the installation instructions tell you NOT to do). They quickly installed our new garbage disposal, tested it and were gone, all within 3 hours. Edwin and Don both were very polite and knowledgeable and both answered all of our questions. My only concern was that it could have been a bit overpriced. When they quoted the minor fix for the toilets would be >$100 each, we opted to try to do it ourselves. However, we were happy to pay them to install the garbage disposal (and happier to have an Angie's discount!) a. We will gladly call them again

The dripping sound had been bothering us since I bought the house. Our inspector said it was a leak but he couldn't find the water spot on any walls. It happened randomly I can't find the pattern. So I kind of waiting for water spot to come out to locate the leak which never happened. 2 years after I bought the house, I still hear the dripping sound so I decided to call WEDGEWORTH PLUMBING. They came on time and I try to reproduce the dripping sound but failed. They provide their professional opinion based on the info I gave. And they're exactly right. It's not a leaking at all. I don't have to worry about it anymore. And they don't even charge me a dime. Should've call them earlier.

There was also very little water pressure inside the house. A plumber working on our kitchen reno while I was out of the house had turned off water incorrectly and left the water main valve barely turned on. I believed the problem was with the backflow valve because it was leaking when the sprinklers were turned on. Thought it was Wedgeworth that had replaced our backflow valve, so called them. Turned out it was not them, but Brandon found the cause of the leaking and low pressure, corrected it and didn't charge me for coming out. Wedgeworth Plumbing did replace our old water tiser last year and did a wonderful job then. Very friendly, helpful phone receptionist as well.

My experience was just fine. Scheduling an appointment went well and they were very responsive. They came out the next day to take care of my problems.

I called and was scheduled for the following morning. I received a phone call from the office telling me the plumber would arrive in 30 minutes. He was very professional, polite and easy to talk to. I would definitely use this company again. It was a pleasant experience and a good value.

Went great! Showed up at about 5:20 pm and worked until 8:30 pm to complete the job. Toilet is rocked solid and not leaking.

I found the price to be a bit high for the toilet replacement but they were professional and quick. I liked the fact they called to confirm the appointment and they were quick to respond once I made the initial payment. The technician came to the house as promised and gave a good estimate for the services. I decided to use someone else to replace the toilet but I used the services to fix the leak in the outside pool area.

Sean was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He offered me 2 ways my problem with the tub could be handled; one way less expensive for the short term, the other more expensive but better long term. I appreciated having the choice. I was so impressed with him that i had him replace my hot water heater in the attic. He did a terrific job; making sure everything was top notch--including having to tweak issues that we didn't know needed tweaking. And in spite of the tweaking, did the job for the figure we agreed on. Today the City of Houston Code Enforcement person came and green-lighted the repair. The inspector made a point of telling me what a great job the plumber (Sean) had done. That made me feel very pleased that I had found him on Angie's List. I will tell all my friends about this terrific and ethical person.

Bought an Angie's List plumbing coupon for $200 of plumbing services for $120 dollars and selected Wedgeworth based on reviews Service was prompt and technically done but price for a minor repair job initially quoted as $700 dollars ultimately was done for $330 dollars was overpriced. Should have done it myself for $20 in parts and 15 minutes of work

The service was okay, it was fine. They came soon after I bought the big deal. They did the service as requested.

Sean, who is the owner/operator of WEDGEWORTH PLUMBING COMPANY knows what he's doing. He successfully replaced the valve, flushed the system, showed me the particles that had been accumulating in my hot water heater for years--and charged me a fair and reasonable price for the job. The hot water heater no longer makes the rumbling noise for which I sought his services--and I have his contact information; I will contact him for future plumbing needs. ...just so you know, I had first contacted a plumber who had worked on a friend's plumbing. He told me that because my water heater is located in the attic, that he would not do the job at all--unless I wanted the water heater replaced--and relocated to the garage. I was glad I checked Angie's list.

He arrived at his appointed time and all went well.

I called this this morning for scheduling. The young woman I spoke with was very courteous and professional. She did inform me that they do not service my area. I have requested a refund for this deal.

Brandon inspected problems and gave solutions and prices. I chose the one I wanted; Brandon left to buy material, came back and did what was asked. He fixed a few minor things for no charge which was appreciated and even told me my bathroom tiles were loose. I should have been more alert as to why he would mention such a thing. After he left, I found cracks in my bathroom tile in my master bathroom probably where Brandon placed a toilet down (right across from where the toilet is located. I called Wedgeworth and asked to speak to him. He did get in touch which me promptly and said he told me my tiles were loose. I said thank you for pointing this out but why didn't you tell me you cracked my tile? He said I'll need to speak to Sean about this and gave me a number. I called Sean, left a voicemail and have yet to hear back from Sean and Wedgeworth. Service was performed in late July. It's been almost two months and there is still no return call about my cracked tile. My check was cashed and still no solution. Definitely can't recommend this company.

Appt. went very well, the plumber was very prompt and arrived a few mins before his scheduled time. He was very professional and courteous. We are vey happy with the service that Wedgeworth Plumbing provided and we will be calling on them again in the near future for other pending projects.

tech arrived on time, gave me a complete breakdown of everything before started so I knew exactly what he was doing and the total costs up front. Great service.

It went great, the crew was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, definitely would use again.

They came out and took a look at the situation and said they could cut the access holes from the closet from the other side, I asked them what it would cost, they told my $120, I asked if I could cut the hole and they said it was ok. My neighbor said that she had the same problem as me, we found out it wasn't plumbing it was roofing. The fellow that came out was terrific, no complaints what so ever.
