They came out in 2014 for a clogged drain. They were so professional and prompt and explained everything very well. We had to call them back out due to our own error, we knew it wouldn't be covered. They were very nice and explained everything to us again, and we learned our lesson and we won't throw rice down the sink anymore.

Great! These guys are knowledgeable, honest, not looking to upsell you, quick, efficient, clean up very nicely and helpful with preventative maintenance suggestions. It is very refreshing to get this level of honest service from a plumbing company. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them.

Went well. The technician was on time and checked my water heater for date of initial service and made wise recommendations to replace it since it is over 9 years old and total lifetime on them is usually 10 to 12 years. Supplied me with a quote and took the time to explain what his recommendations were and was very professional the whole time.

Everything went great. They came within the month of purchasing the Big Deal. There were no additional charges. I have used them before and they are very good. They are always on time, professional, clean and take care of everything.

They did a fine job. They came out probably within the next month after I purchased the Big Deal and there were no additional charges to the $124 Big Deal. They were a good company. My wife was here. I was not here, but she said that the guy that came out was very friendly and explained everything. They were very nice. Our drains are working just fine. I would use them again.

They were on time and had to add something else to make it work, but still kept to thier original bid. Everything worked out great. The job was done in around 30 minutes or so.

It was very good. The technician was on time, he was very courteous and he explained everything to me. He was generally pleasant and he fixed it.

Ended up not having service completed using service. The owner was gracious and nice enough to follow up to ensure we didnt still need the work completed. The plumber and owner were very professional.

I had a clogged sewer line that was backup up all my toilets, sinks and bathtubs. I called Wedgeworth on a Saturday at 11am and they schedule an appointment for 6pm that evening. The plumber showed up on time and was courtesy and polite. Best of all he was efficient. He snaked the line from my shower drain as my house is so old it does not have an outlet/release value on the outside of the house. The snake went 75' and finally unclogged the drain (baby wipes were the problem!!) Would definitely use again.

Plumber was fast and efficient, he had the drain open in minutes. He explained what had happened and how we can prevent future occurrences. We had bought a deal for $200 worth of plumbing for $124 so we saved $76. The company came the same day that I called them.

Very punctual! Explained what he thought would be needed, and then pulled the toilet. He then called me in to let me see that what he said was what was needed, but he discovered that the flange was below the tiled flooring, and suggested an extension added to it to bring it up to where the flange should be. He then cleaned up the area he was working in, caulked the bottom of the toilet and he was finished

They were great. The plumber arrived when promised, promptly and efficiently did the work and for less cost than the original estimate.

Purchased a new Samsung Refrigerator from Conn's, but their technicians could not find a proper water line. So I called Wentworth and they were the only company available for the time slot. They explained the job and stated they could only attach a waterline using the attic pipes. The plumber quoted our job and was very thorough with his explanation of the job. New water line added, cleaned all the mess and attached our new fridge. Only complaint is the price.

Everything went well, I found the pricing to be a little high.

Receptionist/scheduler was very easy to talk to and was able to get a plumber out within two days which was great as my job was not an emergency. Technician showed on time and completed all of the work quickly. if they have to provide parts, it can be a little pricey so if you have a known project for them to do, buy the parts yourself. in my case, I forgot to buy the supply hoses to go with the new faucet. the plumber did a great job diagnosing some of the other issues I had and gave great suggestions for how to fix cost effectively. refreshing that I was not trying to be upsold. great experience overall. felt I got what I paid for.

My appointment is for 4-6 pm. At 5:40 pm, I had to call the company repeatedly to get an answer on the status of my appointment. A representative told me that the plumber is about an hour away, so I waited for the plumber to come. At 6:40 pm, the plumber called me and said that he is still 45 minutes to an hour away. I then called the office and instead of an apology, all the rep offered were excuses.

I am very happy with their work. They are not the cheapest company, but they do a very good job. Sean, the boss, is very knowledge, patient & responsible. I would highly recommend them!

In the summer had a highly rated plumber do work for us. They were very thorough and very professional. I was over impressed with their work. They went above and beyond my expectations. I probably shouldn’t have done this but I was tired. The plumber tried to explain everything in detail. I finally had to tell him that I’m not going to understand everything and I do appreciate it. I was just really tired. They would go through and tell you everything they were doing on your job and why. They were very honest and told me what I needed and what I didn’t need. He could have told me I needed a lot of other things but they didn’t do that. They won’t try and sell you something you don’t need. I was so impressed with Jerry. He told me they are a small company. I don’t care how large a company is so long as the service is good. I’ve lived in the same home since 1990 and I’ve never had service as well.

Person who answered phone was very professional, but clear, the only way they'd even consider quoting my project was to pay them a $50 fee. Customer service FAIL!

First of all, I told them what I needed and they couldn't tell me over the phone how much it cost to snake a drain, the person had to come out to give me an estimate. Ridiculous. I would have stopped right there if it weren't for the Angie's List coupon. Then when the plumber came out, he snaked the drain in about 10 minutes. The normal charge was $200. Not per hour. Per drain! I had a coupon for the initial drain, which made the cost okay, but when I asked about snaking a second drain, he told me it would be another $200 for the second drain and so on. That's outrageous. Between the inability to provide an over the phone estimate and these outrageous prices, I will not use them again.

Once it was determined what was needed for the repair a return trip was scheduled which had to be re-scheduled due to they didn't make it during the scheduled time because of their van being stolen. When the return trip was made it was found once at my home that the Manifold was broken inside the box (not their fault). It was finally repaired and to make things right made another repair for free and another at a discounted price. I was overall very happy with their service.
