Description of Work: Person who came to make estimate of the work did not communicate with me with regard to what work would be done. He emailed the estimate but the workers did not replace all the rotted trim. I felt as though they did not really want to work on my house.

They had to reschedule once but they called first thing that morning to adjust. Good pricing, good work. They replaced a rotted window frame and painted to match home.

Description of Work: Out painter did an incredible job and went above and beyond our expectations. Our only dissatisfaction was that the day they were scheduled, out painter was a no show. We even got confirmation the day before from the "estimator" and still the painter didn't show. All in all, I still would use them again.

Description of Work: They painted my hallways and stairways. The paint was a perfect match and the work was done cleanly and professionally. They had to delay the work a day because they were a person short.

Description of Work: It was very difficult to get them scheduled to come out and look at my job. After I contacted Angie's List,they did come out, but concluded that they were unable to do the work (repairing some rotten wood in a window frame). I did receive a refund from Angie's List.

Description of Work: I bought the Angie's List big deal for basic painting for three rooms. I wanted one room primed and the wood trim and doors in the three areas painted so I did pay for additional services. | |The team was always on time (or even early). They were also very neat in performing their work and kept the mess to a minimum. The rooms look great and I'm generally happy with the work. | |This review would be an "A" but I didn't see the attention to detail that I wanted. For example, on the trim there was a place where a vine from the outside had attached itself to the woodwork. The vine was removed a long time ago but there was still some small roots clinging to the woodwork. These could have easily been scraped or sanded off but the team didn't. They just painted over them so now there are three little lumps underneath the paint. I didn't speak to the painter about this since I noticed it after the painters left. They also had to be specifically asked to paint some trim around the windows that had masking old tape on it even though this was previously pointed out to them and they had agreed to paint it. They did come back the next day to remove the tape and paint the trim.

Description of Work: I needed fascia fixed in front of house and garage door needed caulked all the way down one side in order to pass for insurance inspection. Turnkey also fixed wood around a couple of windows, which the Window people messed up. Then they matched the paint and painted around both front windows. Very help, polite and upfront on costs. I will use again.

Description of Work: I asked for a few repairs where rascally squirrels were getting into the crawl-space of my home. The gentleman showed up, on time! And I immediately liked his professionalism and decided to ask for a quote to paint the entire exterior for my very large 20 yr old double-wide mobile home. I had several areas that were deteriorating and wood that needed replacement. I received a quote which included detail of time and materials needed with the understanding that I could either pick up the product or let them. I decided to let them and true to their word, my home was given a nice facelift at precisely the quoted price. They came out the day they said they would, and there were no hidden costs. They also cleaned up after themselves and left my place looking clean. They even went the extra mile and also patched a couple of deteriorated areas and they caulked where the original home builder had neglected. I am very pleased with the final product and would recommend them to any of my friends or neighbors.

Description of Work: They painted 5 rooms, floating some of the walls with repairs. The workers worked very hard and the attention to detail was phenomenal!!! | |The back office made a $500 clerical error that cost me that amount even when I called to verify what to write the check out for. No hint of reducing that amount or the manager/owner calling to apologize. I found that piece of customer service quite dissatisfying.

Description of Work: Its been a week ago today and I have yet to be sent an estimate...no foll-ow up call or e-mail, and yes...I checked my spam. I even sent an e-mail to make sure the estimator wrote down my e-mail correctly and that was ignored. So the only thing I can grade them on is responsiveness. |In the meantime I found someone on Saturday...gave me an estimate and started on Monday...they are SOOOO PROFESSIONAL!!!!

Description of Work: The coupon was for 3 rooms for $449. Since I have an open concept house, Turnkey included all the walls in the downstairs area. I had them include the baseboards and trim as well as the powder room walls/baseboards. Excellent job! I will call them again when I'm ready for them to paint the upstairs area. BTW, I also had them refinish the front door which I am pleased with as well.
