Description of Work: Sammy and his crew painted and power washed the outside of our brick home. In addition, he build wooden column around our pre-existing outdated iron columns. Sammy is very responsive and always calls back to answer any questions. We had some issues with the columns and getting them built correctly and Sammy came out and built them himself to make sure they were exactly as we wanted. We had a very good experience and are looking to use them again when we do some interior remodeling work in a couple of months.

Description of Work: Pressure-washed around the house and chalked where needed, and repaired a window frame, then painted the exterior. I had a minor complaint after completion of the job which was taken care of within 2 hours of my call. They waited the job so I could take advantage of the paint sale at Sherwin-Williams, and painted the day after I texted that I had the paint. There are a few spots that |could be neater, but the people doing the job were easy to work with |and the job (to my amazement) went without a hitch and at price agreed at start of job.

Description of Work: I SIGNED UP FOR THE $1199 HOUSE PAINT JOB. SAMMIE FROM PERALTAS CAME OUT TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR THE XTRAS. IT TOOK ABOUT 20 MIN AND HE EMAILED ME AN ESTIMATE WITHIN 3 DAYS. WE REVIEWED THE PROPOSAL OVER THE PHONE AND I ACCEPTED IT. WORK WAS SCHEDULED WITHIN 2 WEEKS.THE WORK CREW ARRIVED AND AFTER REVIEWING THE JOB THEY FOUND 'EXTRA' EXTRAS. SAMMIE NEGOTIATED THOSE WHEN WE SETTLED. OVERALL I WAS SATISFIED (4*'S) AND WOULD RECOMMEND THRM

Description of Work: Did not use this service as Sammy Peralta never provided follow-up info after discussing work required. Very unprofessional to have wasted my time. He promised quick feedback and cost estimate which was never provided. Another contractor eagerly accepted work after not hearing anything back from Peralta.

Description of Work: Overall, I give them an A because I am satisfied with the work. It was done on time, as scheduled, and looks pretty good. Sammy (owner) was very professional and responsive.

Description of Work: Sammy and his team built some cabinets under a large window seat, installed an access door to some attic space, and made some roof fascia board repairs. They were priced competitively and were a real treat to work with. Very professional and responsive. We are planning to use them on a bathroom remodel project in the very near future.

Description of Work: Paint exterior of home. Additional materials used need to be explicitly detailed on invoice as well as additional charges. Owner very pleasant and responsive to concerns. Played phone tag for awhile before contact was made.

Description of Work: I purchased Angie's Deal - $399 for 2 Interior or Exterior Painters for a Day, which included our entry, staircase, hall and service entry. Sammny, the owner, is professional in a very friendly manner and clearly cares about his customer's satisfaction. He and one assistant were prompt,careful and detailed oriented. I am very pleased with the quality and value of their work and will schedule future projects with them.

Description of Work: Painted utility room and small bathroom. Had a problem first day when I had taken off and they didn't show up. But they did get it done later. Sammy's a nice guy, maybe just got a little over extended. Good quality work.

Description of Work: The Peraltas were fantastic. They remodeled one of my bathrooms. Sammy was extremely helpful throughout the process. They were clear in communicating the whole process and all the pieces necessary. They taped off and protected the whole path leading to the bathroom and made sure nothing in the house was damaged. They went above and beyond to complete work that was beyond the scope of the original project and made sure the place looked immaculate after it was finished. The contractor was there on schedule every day and I saw consistent progress throughout. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: They were on time and started at 8 AM that morning. This was for 16 hours (2 people) working on dry wall repairs. It took some prep time, but the work performed was efficient and quality. They were assisting in repairing the ceiling and walls of the kitchen and den area after a whole house pipe replacement and foundation work was completed.

Description of Work: Repaired ceiling in bathroom and painted ceilings in bathroom and hall. Painted hall walls and a large bedroom with trim. Worked quick and efficiently. I would recommend them and use them in the future.

Description of Work: I had them paint trim and walls and also replace some outlet plugs for me. All work was done professionally, quickly and they left no mess. I would definitely hire them again. A couple of things I learned from this experience (not bad, just "now I know" kind of things): 1. Always have more projects ready for them than you think they will have time for. I found this company from one of Angie's Lists "Deals" I purchased and ended up giving up a few hours from the deal because I didn't have enough prepared for them to do in the time allotted. 2. Since I've never hired a painter before, I didn't know that you have to be pretty specific with your expectations. If you say "I want to paint this room", be clear if you mean ceiling, trim and walls or some other combination of the 3. That phrase actually means different things to different contractors. Overall, this was a good experience.

Description of Work: Pressure wash, caulk, and paint (owner-provided materials) a single-story house with very weathered paint. The crew was polite and the job they did was very good. There were a few punchlist items that were corrected, this is the only thing that got them a B.

Description of Work: My overall experience with Peralta's Remodeling and Services was good. Sammy was always responsive to my calls and questions and his crew was professional, accomodating and just really nice. My house is almost 60 years old and had some wood that needed replacing and really bad old paint. The work was good, I just was expecting there to be a little more removal of the old paint before the new paint was applied. The house looks 100% better though and I would definitely recommend this business to other members.
