5 stars Peraltas did a great job. Fully gutted my master bath down to the studs and it was done in a little over a month. Sammy was very responsive, always addressed any question or concern quickly and professionally. From beginning to end they were fully engaged and had great communication. There were a lot of questions during the project but that was great!, that way there was no mistakes and no misunderstandings. Also, I have two daughters and a stay at home Wife and I fully trusted Sammy and his team to be around my girls and be alone in my home. The best thing about working with Peraltas was in the beginning I had a good idea of what I wanted but Sammy asked me a ton of questions during the estimate and beginning of the project to help me clarify and fine tune the vision of what we really needed or could have, compared to what we thought we wanted. It was this advice and guidance that convinced me and my wife to hire Sammy and Peraltas Remodeling.

We decided to do a complete remodel of our master bath and closet including removal of the outdated garden tub and single walk in shower and replacing it with a large double shower. I contacted 7 remodeling contractors to get competitive quotes - of those, 5 couldn't even bother to come out to see the scope of work included! "Don't worry - I've been doing this for years, I don't need to see the bathroom to quote the job." Really??? Only 2 actually came to the house to give us a quote in person - Sammy Peraltas and 1 other. Sammy not only beat the other quote by $4,000.00 but saw my wife's vision of the finished project, incorporated it into his design and created an absolute masterpiece! From initial consultation to completion, Sammy was the consummate professional, always available by phone or on the job. Just an absolute joy to work with. His employees - Manny and Jose were true craftsmen and did a magnificent job and as others have said, protected all furniture with plastic, all floors with heavy cardboard runners and cleaned everything at the end of each day. By far the best contractor I've ever worked with. (As I type this they are almost finished with replacing our fence as well!)

The Peraltas Remodeling & Services constructed a beautiful 8-ft fence for my property; replaced attic stairs; repaired sagging sheetrock; taped and floated a section of ceiling; textured and painted the ceiling. They did an amazing job. Prices were competitive. They were careful with my belongings, moving furniture and draping from ceiling to floor to prevent debris and paint from damaging anything and they vacuumed when finished. They arrived early in the morning to work and put full, productive days. The workers were polite and professional and I felt comfortable when home alone with them. The Peraltas Remodeling & Services will begin a sunroom project for me in a couple weeks and I have referred two others to them.

Our first project of this type, had a broken water line in the attic that ran down a two story wall, out electrical outlets and underneath our laminate flooring. Very curious and professional - would hire again. Thank - you Sammy....

Jose did most of the work. He did an excellent job of patching and blending ceiling and walls. Everything looks as good as new.

Mr. Peralta was very helpful in our remodel request. he thought of things we didn't and was helpful with item selection. we were pleased with his workers as they were respectful of property and courteous. he told us how long the job would take and was spot on.

Sammy and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen project! We have more projects ahead next year and we'll definitely hire The Peraltas again. I highly recommend them to any others who may be contemplating a remodel. They are true professionals.

This was the third time I have used The Peraltas, and I would use them again. I like the quality of their work, and the workers are very friendly and courteous. The principal, Sammy, stayed in contact and talked through issues as they came up. He also stopped by numerous times to check on how things were going. Most of the work was for a bathroom remodel, which was complicated by installing a new tub and fixtures in a new position, and by raising the ceiling. It looks great! I have already received compliments on how good things look. Completing the work was disrupted by Covid (virus) concerns; but when work resumed health precautions were followed, and the work was finished nicely. The work finished around September 11, 2020.

I have worked with the Peraltas before, and have found Sammy and his team to be very responsive, professional and ready to work. From the beginning, Sammy and his team knew exactly what was needed. The work was started quickly and finished in a little over a week. The finished project looks so seamless that it could have been part of the original house design. We were very pleased with the attention to detail and the quality of the work. The new home office is beautiful. Please consider the Peraltas for any of your home remodeling needs! Begin having problems with mold in the shower in 2018 and had shower cleaned and recaulked. Over the next year the mold problem came back. We then determined that water was getting into the seat base and being retained. After pricing just redoing the shower or doing the shower and floor of the master bathroom we decided to do both. Reviewing multiple contractors we selected THE PERALTAS Remodeling & Services INC to perform the services. They came in and removed the tile during which we found out there was standing water in the base of the seat. It was coming down behind the seat top and being held in the base. It was very poorly installed in 2015 by the home builder (Darling). We had some communication problems initially getting Sammy (manager) to focus on what WE were concerned with. After resolving those communication issues everything happened as we requested. One of the employees was sent over with a 1/2 inch chisel to get the mortar up spending a day instead of being provided a 3 or 4 inch scaling chisel which would have made it a 2 hour job. We asked Manuel (tile installer) to install the floor with a herring bone pattern - no problem even the tiny corners that needed to change direction were correct. Tile acquisition should have been one package greater, Manuel had to work hard to get all the pieces he needed (yes we acquired another 7 tiles for spares later). The tiles are rectangular and in the shower they change direction about half way up the wall again no problem everything matched beautifully. To ensure that the water problem was resolved there is a separate membrane over the shower bench under the granite top and the wall tiles are on the top not behind the granite top making it harder for water to get in the bench base. It took the glass shower wall installer four tries to resolve the glass door very slowly slipping out, the fourth try with some help they determined they had missed a spacer and in the six months since there has been no slippage. Manuel did an excellent job installing the tile!!! Very happy with the resulting master bath!

work was completed in under three weeks. work was very professional and very good quality. workman was very professional and he swept up every day before he left. workman constantly ask questions to ensure everything was as we wanted. I am considering calling this company again to remodel another bathroom and my kitchen.

I contacted The Peraltas Remodeling and Services Inc. to get a bid on a master bath remodel. Sammy, the owner came out that day and seemed very honest and knowledgeable. After discussing the project I decided this was the company I wanted to remodel my master bath. We basically shook hands and made a gentleman's agreement. Sammy followed up with a proposal and the deal was done. Shortly thereafter, Manuel came over and started covering all our wood floors from the front door to the master bath. The next week Manuel started the demo, plumbing and tile work. This project started right before the Covid-19 pandemic and I was concerned it may get shutdown. However Sammy and crew kept pushing forward. I was very impressed with Manuel's attention to detail. He took great pride in his tile work and it showed! The rest of the crew did a great job installing the shiplap, texturing, painting, staining the doors, installing countertops and shower glass. On a side note, every time Sammy came over he tried to pet my Jack Russel. Unfortunately, my dog is not very nice and doesn't like anyone! I inherited him from my son. That's another story. Anyway, by the end of the project, Sammy won him over and was able to pet Baxter. I was very impressed. The Peraltas Remodeling and Services Inc. is a top notch company. They are a great group of guys that are very honest, respectful and that take great pride in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends! Sammy and his coworkers did a wonderful job! I have worked with many contractors in the past, and none have provided this quality and taken so much pride in their work. Manuel is the absolute BEST tile guy that I have ever encountered. He is meticulous, creative, and such a joy to have in your home. He created a beautiful larger shower and tub in our master bath and laid new tile flooring in our upstairs bath. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product! Sammy’s guys also built a new vanity and storage tower for the master bath, and the workmanship is superb. Our kitchen was updated by painting the cabinets, walls, and ceiling and installing new hardware. While being without a kitchen is problematic and a huge hassle, Hernon and Anival completed the job beautifully in under a week. Sammy even came to my rescue when my water heater went out right before guests came for Christmas and replaced the water heater that same day. What a blessing! Once again, I have to stress that every single worker who came to our house was respectful, kind, friendly and hard-working. That is so hard to find, and we appreciated it so much. We will definitely use The Peraltas again in the future and recommend them highly!

The Peraltas were fantastic. They remodeled one of our kitchen, living room, laundry room formal dinning room, installation of new kitchen cabinets and master bedroom. Sammy was extremely helpful throughout the process. They were clear in communicating the whole process and all the pieces necessary. They taped off and protected the whole path leading to all rooms and made sure nothing in the house was damaged. They went above and beyond to complete work that was beyond the scope of the original project and made sure the place looked immaculate after it was finished. The contractor was there on schedule every day and I saw consistent progress throughout. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

These guys are AWESOME! I almost wonder if these guys are angels sent from Heaven to help me get my house in good repair because they were certainly an answer to my prayers. I will absolutely hire them again. They can handle it ALL! We hired a heavy timber craftsman to build a small truss porch for us after we’d torn off a large covered sundeck from the back of the house, but the timber carpenter did not do shingle or cornice work. So, we hired The Peraltas to finish out the construction of the porch and tie the porch roof line into the house. The Peraltas carpenters did EXACTLY what we asked them to do! They built up the truss porch roof with a rafter overlay, added roof decking, flashing, and shingles. This allowed the roof of the porch to have fascia board to tie into the house’s fascia board. The Peraltas carpenters removed all the old siding and insulation from the back of the house and replaced it with new insulation, new backer board and Tyvek wrap, and they installed Hardie siding on the exterior of the house. They replaced all the fascia board and soffits boards with Hardie material, too. They installed a new 70” x 70” window, replaced a 5’ wide set of French doors with a 6’ wide set (which required some re-framing), they removed a small kitchen sink window and framed the wall to close that former window space, and they installed and framed out a new 5’ wide bay window. Installation of this new bay window required some plumbing to be re-routed in the wall – no problem, The Peraltas have plumbers that did a great job. Installation of this bay window also required some electrical work inside as well as some demolition of kitchen area, which they handled perfectly. They added some light fixtures to the back porch as well as some exterior electrical outlets and they finished off the job by painting the siding, soffits and facia boards (the timbers and doors are going to be stained later). These guys worked in the cold and drizzle to get this job done. They worked in muddy conditions to get the job done. They were on time, cleaned up after working, hauled off all of the trash. and raked and swept their work area. They are respectful, courteous, and take pride in the quality of their work. It is my hope that they will take on my kitchen and staircase remodeling projects.
