Although the painters were about 15 minutes late on arrival, they began work once instructions were given on what and where to paint.

After obtaining various bids to replace siding on garage I selected the Peraltas and we are very pleased with their work. . Sammy came to assess job. He was professional, courteous and the price he quoted I felt was reasonable and in line with other bids. His crew led by Jose was great to work with. They are very accommodating, efficient, punctual and obviously skilled in what they do. Jose went with me to select the side entry door, which had to be ordered, and they promptly picked up and installed the door when it arrived. He also replaced a small crawl space access door and did a great job in making and installing it. Sammy and his crew were at all times courteous and professional during the job and the crew very considerate and thorough in cleaning up afterward. When job was completed Sammy came out to be sure all was done to our satisfaction, which it was. We will definitely call them in the future. Thank you , Sammy and crew for a job well done.

It was supposed to be 2 men for 8 hours. Only 1 guy showed up without drop clothes or anything but 1 paint brush. I wanted them to paint 2 pergolas. He did not even have a ladder. He got the stain on my flag stone and stained it, then asked me to buy paint thinner to get it off! The owner even came out and said he could not get a second guy out here today and made no offer to have the second painter for the day come back on another day or even to give me a discount as I was not getting the full service. I purchased this deal because I knew it was a two man job and I usually take care of my mother on saturdays and I paid someone to take care of her for the day so I could be here. They were very unprepared to perform the service and after an hour I told the guy to stop as I did not want to continue the service with them. I am very disappointed in their lack of professionalism.

We couldn't come to terms concerning workers bring in their cellphones doing their 8hrs of painting. I cancelled the service.

They were responsive and got back to me quickly. He first came out to look at the job. He later called me and let me know that he didn’t have a ladder tall enough to reach the trim. I ended up having the deal refunded.

Sam and his crew did awesome job building our bathroom cabinets. They didn't give up until we were fully satisfied and they always been on time. Also, they installed chandeliers for us. For any job in future we will call The Peraltas Remodeling. Amela

The job was done to our satisfaction. The pricing for the job was too high. I did it because I had purchased the deal for paiting rate of approx. $1.5 a sq foot but the proces for the addtional area was too high.

Probably the best paint job I've ever had. Meticulous work, very clean, even and smooth. I had them come back and paint a bathroom, I was so pleased with the work.

Sammy was extremely professional as were his employees. The crew, (led by Abraham) was courteous and helpful. They seemed always willing to provide just "a little extra" to ensure customer satisfaction. Abraham's crew was prompt and the team worked very dilegently (but carefully). They replaced multiple window sills and other trim where the wood (from my 1940's house) was soft. Then they powerwashed the wood to be painted and primed the wood. The next day they completed the entire job after allowing me to select a paint color. I have never seen a better job done on exterior paint and I have had a number of homes that required this service. I would not hesitate to recommend "Peraltos Remodeling and Services" highly. I have already asked Sammy for a quote on the interior paint!

Terrific response and quality of work. Removed nails and some older curtains from walls and touched up paint around the premises. Since we were doing some last minute updates and improvements, there was a lot of various tasks including the ones listed above. Even went to Lowe's to pick up Dishwasher, toilet seats and installed, removed old dishwasher to garage as requested. Made some suggestions on fixtures etc. which turned out great. Just did a number of jobs like pressure washing, repairing a gate and the like which enhanced the value of the property. Replaced some blinds & toilet seats removed some unwanted items and some misc repairs and even helped move some furniture around which I couldn't do by myself. Always pleasant and professional. Strongly recommend!

Contractor agreed to send an estimate of work to be done (above and beyond the Big Deal). I have not received the estimate. I was also surprised that the contractor missed our first appointment to walk through the property and did not call or email because, he said, he did not have a phone number or email address. Does Angie's list provide the contractor with no contact information? If he had no contact info, why did he not ask for an email or phone number (or read his caller id) when I followed the information on the coupon and called him??? I'm am sure, from the reputation of Angie's list, that this experience is an outlier!!

Sammy showed up at the appointed time and provided an estimate. We settled on a date to start the work to try and get it done before my birthday party. Sammy contacted me about a week before the scheduled date and said that the had time to work on it. Sammy and two helpers showed up on time the next morning. They went straight to work. By the afternoon all of the new framing was complete and they went to the store to find the appropriate matching paint. Painting was completed and the eave looked like there had never been a cutout. Sammy and his crew were a pleasure to work with and did excellent work at a good fair price. I would recommend them highly.

I own an older home (house built in the early 80's) which has required me to make many repairs and upgrades since 2006 (year I bought the house). I've contracted with various vendors/contractors to quite a bit of work over time, but The Peraltas Services and Company were by far the best in regards to quality and pricing. In June, I began contacting various contractors to secure bids for my remodel scope of work. I met with Sammy Peraltas and showed him my plans for each of the rooms (2 bedrooms, living room/dining room, laundry room and kitchen). He reviewed the scope of work and provided a very reasonable estimate as well as approximate length of time to complete the work. I was very impressed by his willingness to discuss other options with me to help keep the project within my budget and timeline. Over the course of 5 weeks, Sammy and his team worked diligently to perform the work we originially agreeded upon, in addition to 2 closet organizers and shelving I added at the last minute. My travel schedule for work, only afforded me the opportunity to be onsite Fridays and weekends; however, Sammy kept me well informed via phone calls, texts and pictures of the daily and weekly progress. Sammy also picked up several tile and misc online item orders for me when I was unable to pick them up myself. I am sincerely grateful for his flexibility to do whatever it took to keep the project moving forward to completion. Thanks to Sammy and his team, I now have an incredible new kitchen, freshly painted walls and wonderful new tile everywhere! It feels like a brand new house. Very pleased with the results. I would definitely utilize their services again for future projects and will recommend them to my family and friends.

That turned out great and they were quick to do the service. They did the interior painting for me. They did a hallway, a huge master bedroom. My bedroom has really high ceilings, so they brought the right equipment. They also had to go around 5 tall windows too. They also did 2 little sections in the bathroom. Two painters came out for the whole day and then one guy stopped for a little bit. They were very friendly, punctual and worked very hard. They were just pleasant. Also, when I originally talked to the company about the paint color and they actually stopped by to check out the paint chips that I had chosen and they made some recommendations.

Peraltas is the absolute best! Sammy is the owner. He called to schedule the date for painting and was able to do it on a Saturday so that my husband didn't have to take off of work. Sammy and two of his painters showed up right on time. Carlos and Carlos (the two painters) were professional and very nice. They worked hard and quickly. They finished before the eight hours were up. I wish I would have known they would be so fast. I would have bought paint for the base boards. They did such a great job with the painting and I am so happy! Sammy called the same day to make sure I was happy with the work. I will definitely use Peraltas again!

I hired Peraltas Remodeling to do my house painting. I wanted to get my new exterior door and siding installed before they began the work. After a long and tiring process of going back and forth with a big chain Home Improvement Center on getting my Special Order entry door purchased and installed the day for installation finally came. The Sub contractor they provided came to the house with the new door only to tell me that he would not install it because in would require some additional work that he wouldn't perform. I was very upset because I thought this had been settled with the Home Improvement establishment. When Sammy from Peraltas came by to check on his painting crew he asked me what had happened and I explained the whole ordeal with the door. He popped the trim around the existing door and he explained the situation and that he could do it for me with no problem. After a very bad experience with the other folks I was so relieved to finally find someone with some knowledge and not afraid to do a little extra work. He even made some suggestions on the Hardi siding. The next day I had a beautiful new front porch and Entry door. Sammy is my new "go to guy" for any remodeling projects. I have several things I want to do over the next year or so and I know who I'll be calling. Great job Sammy and crew.

I contacted Peraltas Remodeling after getting a couple of quotes from other Painting Services.. Sammy was very responsive and came to the house to give me an estimate. Once we discussed the project and offering some very good ideas he gave me a very fair price and we scheduled the work. He even began work on the project sooner than I had expected. The crew was on time and did a very thorough job. Above and beyond what I expected from them! I was so impressed I even discussed some other projects I wanted to complete and Sammy again gave good advice and got the job done. I will be using Peraltas for several other projects I would like to do around the house and I highly recommend them.

It went perfect and they did a wonderful job. When they removed two in my den they checked ply wood for holes, put in insulation, put up four panels of paneling, painted wall, rehung curtains and cleaned up and removed all trash. In the bedroom checked plywood for holes, put in insulation, repair and float dry wall, textured, painted wall, rehung drapery and cleaned up and removed all trash.

I had hired a previous guy who had been recommended to me, his name is JESUS MARTINEZ. DO NOT HIRE this person, he does horrible work and will over charge you. This guy wanted more money from me without completing the job, he was extremely unprofessional and left the remodeling undone, and did not in any shape or form complete the remodeling. I told Mr. Martinez that I would pay him the rest of the money once he finished the work. However, instead of being professional and telling me that he would not finish the work, he texted me and said he was sending his crew to my condo to pick up his materials because he had decided not to finish the work. That was the kind of unprofessional individual I had to deal with. He was not even professional enough to come to my place himself. The paint that was left was suppose to have a nice clean texture, but the texture that was left was not well done, nor was the paint on the ceiling, nor my closets, it was a messy texture and paint. Mr. Martinez was suppose to install two new closet doors, and he didn't do any of this. He was also suppose to finish my bathroom which was also left undone. He left without installing a cabinet, vanity and mirror in my bathroom. I had to repaint my bathroom all over again and install new tile because the tile he chose was not the one I had chosen. I then called the PERALTAS who came to my condo, saw all the damage that was left and said he could complete the job at a reasonable price. Sammy and his crew are witnesses of the mess and damage that was done, as they had to redo everything from the beginning. They remodeled my bathroom and bedroom. The Peraltas were very professional and reasonable. They had to re-paint and fix all the walls in my bedroom and two closets, they put new texture because the texture on my walls and ceiling that was left was a mess. They repainted my bedroom, closets and bathroom. They also put new tile in my bathroom, installed a cabinet and vanity. They also installed two new closet doors. They had to make the closet smaller, to install the new closet doors, so they added drywall, repainted it and installed crown molding on the new remodeled closet. They also installed a fan in my bedroom and put crown molding on two windows in my bedroom. I will hire Sammy again in the near future. Thank you Sammy for coming to the rescue! Veronica Alvarado

Company was great with communication; unfortunately, they were too booked for the dates I had available and I was out of their service area which would have resulted in an extra $100.

I had them paint two rooms and a bathroom and they did a fantastic job -- They were very professional and pleasant. In addition, I was impressed with the clean lines of the painting -- some painters come in and there are lines or drips that are not clean -- They painted very clean and nice. I would highly recommend them.

PERALTA WAS PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB, ALL THAT WE EXPECTED, WE REQUESTED EXTRA WORK W/ A NOMINAL CHARGE...WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.....THEY REPAIRED A PIECE OF THE GUTTER WHICH WAS AN EYESORE.......CLEANUP WAS EXCELLENT.... J. CHOW

I needed exterior siding replaced and painted on the second story of the front of the house. I called Sammy who came out and gave me a bid to pull off the damaged siding and replace w/ hardi-plank panels. Two days later they started the work and it was finished the following day. They matched the paint perfectly and the front of the house looks great. I will definitely be using these guys again.

The job went perfect. Sammy and Juan did a wonderful job. The texture was matched perfectly as well as the paint on the walls. Everything was cleaned up as well. He said he was have it all finished in three days and finished as promised. Sammy also did a complete kitchen remodel for us and did a terrific job. Any time I have work to be done I call Sammy first. He worked in many homes in our neighborhood over the years.

We picked out the granite from a selection he provided. He did supply some guidance such as to look at it in sunlight which provided a better idea of the various colors and hues in the granite. We selected the tiles and grout from a store and paid for the materials there. Sammy picked up the order and took it to property. There was a lot of counter space plus an island cooktop area. As always there were a few gotchas but he went and switched out a faucet for us etc. to make things go as smooth as possible. Also, he was able to acquire sinks at less than we could at the large hardware outfits. The result was a kitchen that looked terrific. The dark granite and bone tiles (with a couple of strips of charcoal tiles thrown in) is fantastic. He touched up the paint as needed and had plastic up in doorways to minimize the dust from permeating throughout the house. The Peraltas had previously put in tile flooring in the kitchen, breakfast, utility, entry, baths and a small hallway. They had painted throughout, installed and painted new bedroom and bath doors and new faucets and light fixtures plus made minor repairs as they went. The house now looks terrific and the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes. The price above includes all the labor and materials such as the blinds, granite, tile sinks faucets etc. All but the granite and sinks I purchased and they picked up and installed. Again this was included in the above price. I have used the Peraltas for almost 9 years. They have done sheet rock, paint, siding, laminate/wood flooring and numerous other jobs for me. I don't have to worry about his crew doing repairs and improvements while we are not home. He's great with pets and has done work at my elderly mother's house and never a problem. I am completely satisfied with the workmanship, the pricing and the trustworthiness of this provider and would highly recommend them.
