I bought this deal about 6 months ago and have been in constant contact with Sammie since we bought it. Sammie is very responsive to phone calls and/or text messages. I felt like the quotes for additional work that we asked for was priced reasonably. Santos who led the job on-site was very responsive to any requests that we made. He made sure that the work his crew did was quality work. Santos always did what he said he was going to do. The columns that they wrapped with hardiboard look great! We are so happy with how the project turned out as a whole. Overall, we had a great experience with The Peraltas and we would work with them again in the future.

Peraltas rep was very, knowledgeable, and was able to communicate clearly. The estimate clearly indicated what would be done, materials used,and number of days to complete the job. The price was very reasonable. Unfortunately, I chose a contractor closer to the jobsite. I would certainly consider using them for another project.

Had appointment with Sammy, he never showed up nor called to reschedule. Completely unprofessional. Even gave him a few days to contact me regarding missed appointment. If a contractor cannot even show up to bid for a job, how do you think he/she is going to WORK a job.

Peraltas remodeling did a great job restoring drywall and flooring after we suffered some water damage. The drywall was expertly installed, textured and painted so you can't really tell it's been repaired. The tile floor they installed for us looks great. Everyone was very friendly and responsive.

Excellent! The work was done quickly but very high quality. They were incredibly friendly and professional. I had to reschedule several times and they were always flexible and accommodating. I will definitely use this service again in the future!

What was painted looks great. It's too bad that the job would not have been complete had I not painted it myself. In fact, I have been approached my several neighbors to paint their homes based on what I had to do to complete the paint job. PERALTAS Remodeling and Services did a great job on the painting they did. They were professional and arrived on time. They were quick and efficient. Unfortunately, their quote per square foot didn't take into consideration the large windows that they didn't have to paint or the fact that half my house is brick and they don't paint brick. Quality of what was painted? 10 Price for what they painted? 3

Sammy and his crew started our project on March 25th and completed both bathrooms on April 28th. They completed the hall bath first before starting the master bath so that we always had one workable bathroom. We bought the Angie's Deal for the hall bath. Sammy's crew removed the wallpaper, repaired and textured the walls and painted them as well as the baseboards and door. They replaced the vanity top with granite and painted the vanity; retiled around the tub and added a decorative trim, shampoo box, and new shower head and faucet. They framed the existing mirror and added an exhaust fan and light in the ceiling. They put a new light fixture above the mirror. In the master bath they pulled the carpet and tiled the floor; removed the wallpaper and repaired, textured and painted the walls as well as the ceiling and doors. They replaced the baseboards and added quarter round trim. The shower was replaced with frameless glass and it was retiled with a shampoo box and a toe box (for shaving legs). They installed a new shower head and faucet. The old vanity tops were replaced with granite and new sinks. The vanities were painted. The tile was replace around the Jacuzzi tub and a decorative trim was added. They installed new lighting above the mirrors and a chandelier from the ceiling. They also framed the mirrors. c Sammy and his crew did a great job on both bathrooms. They were here each day and worked all day. Sammy was very responsive to my concerns and responded quickly any time we contacted him. He was easy to work with and prompt on fixing any problems we encountered along the way and after the job was done. Manual did a great job on the tile and offered good ideas tile placements and how to solve any problems that might popup. They did a good job of covering the floors to protect the carpeted path to the bathrooms and they also cleaned up nicely after themselves. They were hard workers and nice guys and a pleasure to have in our home. Sammy is fair, attentive and patient. I would definitely hire Sammy again to do any work we need around the house and I would recommend him to our friends. I might also hire a designer to help me with picking colors and tiles.

The remodeling went well. Sammy was very responsive to all the changes and additions to the project. His workers were professional and informative. There were some delays due mainly to weather, but at the end it all came out to be of our liking. We were more focused on quality rather than time for completion. Sammy and I went over the final QA and last minute details that were taken care very promptly. Overall very satisfied and would definitely use their services again as well as recommend them.

Sami came and gave me an estimate for a whole new roof and attic.because I had a house fire in the attic and it all had to be replaced. He wasn't the cheapest but right away I trusted him. He was Very professional. We did the contract and I gave him a third third third. His framers came out and removed the whole roof and attic and hauled all the debris away. 2 huge dumpsters full. The framers were punctual here at 7 am and left sometimes after dark. They tarped my roof each night. They finished within 4 days. They picked up most of the nails with a magnet. As a bonus he painted my 3 foot overhang eaves and trim on the house. He installed screens under the overhang eves as well. I am extremely pleased with Sami and his crew. My house looks beautiful.. if you are looking for a 5 star General, then Sami is your man. I am a very difficult person to work for and Sami addressed all my concerns. Yes I would definitely hire him again. He gets in there and gets it done fast and professional, because I had to live in the house through the whole job. I give Sami and his crew an A plus plus plus.. Great job Sami!!!!!!!!

Sammy and his team were top notch from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would, did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. Our project started with our Master Shower; new tile, shower fixtures, lights, frameless shower door and steam generator. Before the demolition started, they covered our furniture in plastic and really did a good job of keeping things clean through the entire project. Once the tile started going up in the shower, we were so impressed with their work, we asked them to retile the entire master bathroom floor. All the employees were great at their specific trade; plumbing, electrical, paint, drywall and tile. The finished product was outstanding. Above all else, I felt very comfortable with Sammy and his team. I thought these guys had my best interest in mind, took pride in their work, and were pleasant to work with. Sammy is extremely trustworthy and will be the first person I call for all my future projects.

We bought the big deal for exterior painting two weeks ago, and the job was finished within the week. Sammy came to look at the job, and was right on time. They provided the paint, and used two coats. They used the two colors we wanted; one color for the siding, and another one was for the trim. We have a two story house, and the two workers did the job in two days. They communicated very well throughout the job when we were at work. They did a great job and cleaned up well! I feel like we got an exceptional deal for high quality work. We couldn't be happier.

I purchased the big deal and it did not turn out well. The day before they were supposed to do the service, they cancelled the deal. We were all ready to go and we got all the materials and the last moment they said that they could not do it and told us to find somebody else. I would not use them again for what they did.

We got their estimate. They were vey professional and we like their suggestions for the Remideling job. We're still evaluating other estimates.

Juan is an excellent Drywaller. Hardworking and committed to professional results. I highly recommend him.

The work was done in a very timely manner. The owner worked with me on pricing. While the crew was in our home they repaired other minor issues. This was very helpful as it was all done at one time.

They did a fine job. I only needed them for 4-5 hours. I had him work in my 2 bathrooms.They did the repair work very well. I had them do some drywall repair.

Quoted the previous week. Arrived on time and got right to work. Removed the wooden access stairs and the accompanying springs. Replaced with an aluminum set up with pistons instead of springs. Much lighter and easy to use than the cumbersome wooden stairs. Spray painted the wooden access to match ceiling. Asked if I wanted to save the wooden assembly or they'd haul it away. They took it with them. Very professional, good quality workmanship and were punctual at a reasonable price. I've used them before and would use them in the future

He said my bathroom was too big and wanted more to change the shower and tub out. I emailed me to do a better price and never heard back.

They were very responsive on Angies List and through text and phone. They came out just a few days after I purchased the deal to give me an estimate and let me know anything else that they would have to do before scheduling the service (my request). The day they were to come out it was raining, so we ended up having to postpone the service. The only hiccup I had was I never heard from them on that day, but after I contacted them they reached out about 10 minutes later. They came out and performed the service while I was out of town, but I was very pleased with the outcome of their work. I will definitely use them again when I need more work performed on my fixer upper!

Great job from start to finish. Moved laundry room from garage to inside house. Complete job with dry wall, plumbing, and finish work. Will use the service in the future!

I wasn’t too impressed with them. They painted some doors for me. I wanted him to spray them, and they did it with a roller and said it would be fine. I ended up having to have it redone by someone else. However, they were nice people.

I had sheet rock repaired in half of my garage and a concrete repair to a large hole on my back patio. Sammy was professional in every way. All work was done to my satisfaction. Communication was smooth and his bid was competitive with my other bidders. The worker arrived on time and completed the work earlier than expected. I would definitely use Sammy again for future home repairs.

It went great. Sammie and his team were professional and met all of the deadlines. The tile work was Excellent and turned out beautiful. They cleaned up their mess and left my home in great shape. The exterior of my home looks better than it did when it was built. I will use them again in the future and I highly recommend them. They are trustworthy and reliable. This was my third time using the services that they provide.

Sammy and all of his employees and subcontractors were always punctual and polite. They did consistently excellent work, and finished in a timely fashion. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work done by The Peraltas Remodeling and Services. One example of the high quality of their work is the drywall in our kitchen and living room. The living room drywall is new, and it looks brand new?but what?s impressive is that the drywall in the kitchen is NOT new and now looks like it is! I had taken down some ugly wall paper in the kitchen a few years ago only to find out that some previous owner had ruined the drywall underneath with a box cutter. I tried to hide the scars with texture paint, but it looked really bad. Sammy and his crew sanded it, refloated it, textured it to match the living room and painted it. It looks fantastic. My wife and I highly recommend The Peraltas Remodeling and Services, whether you want something built from scratch, or want something old made new again.
