The quality of work was wonderful. They did not do the installation, but they referred us to someone else to do it, so it was handled through them, but wasn’t directly. They were quick to get back to us and were good on the price. It was pretty well handled.

Seamus from the frog at home came to my house, determined what size and kind of rug was needed. He then researched the market to find and order the best rug application for my home.

It was a great experience working with Missy at the Galveston store. Very professional and very friendly. One of the best retails experiences I have had in many year.

After having a bad experience with funky chunky monkey, the staff at the frog was more than we could hope for to fill our needs.

I contacted The Frog at Home because I had some draperies from another large room that were made of a beautiful, heavy silk. I wanted to use the fabric in my new home and needed someone that I could trust to make good quality beautiful draperies. Marlis came out and she was wonderful. We discussed the various options and improvements. She used the fabric to make drapes in my dining room and in our study along with a panel. They look beautiful in both rooms. She also took some other fabric I had and made a curtain panel for an upstairs children's room. The panel is made of two separate fabrics. It looks good. However, the curtain rod I have for that upstairs room is very thick and the panel was made to fit a thinner rod. Marlis took it back and had it fixed within a couple of days. It was a very good experience. I had asked for it to all be completed before Christmas and it was.

Quality workmanship, quality installation

We had reasonably good experience with this company. We ordered seven honeycomb shades from the Frog at Home in mid May 2011, and the work was completed at the beginning of September 2011. The long delay between the order and the final installation was due to the company's error in ordering the wrong shades and the manufacturer's long lead time for customized shades. That being said, the company was very professional in correcting the error and in the end supplied us with the blinds we had originally ordered. In the interest of customer satisfaction, the company did allow us to drop one small shade we ordered and realized we do not need later. Errors do happen from time to time, and we feel that how a company responds to an error is an important indicator of their professionalism and quality as an vendor. In the end, the Frog at Home did correct the error. Throughout the process, we feel the staff had treated us very well and we appreciate their professionalism. The gentleman who installed our shades did a good work also. Regarding the quality of the Hunter Douglas shades, we are pleased with the overall quality. The Architella shades we ordered provide great such insulation to our windows that we can actually feel the difference. The only problem we have had with the shades so far is that the plastic hand pulls are a little fragile and have begun to crack.

My grandchildren played havioc on the vertical blinds and I decided it was time to make life easier..The Frog was on Angie's list. I called and Marlene can out we discussed the problem and with her help was able to salvage one blind for the office..

The Frog At Home representative, Ms. Angela Wilhelm, came to my home with samples in-hand, for a free consultation and assessment of the window treatment "wish List" for my son's room. I had what I would call an urgent situation that needed the Frog At Home's expertise. My son's 10th birthday was just two weeks away, and he wanted window treatments that were "remote controlled" for his bedroom. Ms. Wilhelm was very professional and patient with me, since I wasn't sure which of their wonderful products my son would prefer to have? Ms. Wilhelm invited me to bring my son in to the showroom at our earliest convenience, so that he himself could select the model and color of his window treatments. My son was eager to come and make his selection the very next day. We found out after arriving, that my son was the youngest customer ever to personally make a selection in the Frog At Home showroom. He was treated with the same respect and professionalism as any other customer. I really appreciated that Ms. Wilhelm and the other representatives in the showroom treated my son like the little gentleman that he is. While there, I stood back and watched my son move around that showroom as though he were making a selection in the Apple Computer store. He tried his hand at all the window treatment exhibits and he looked through all the fabric and material books. His final selection was the top/down bottom-up power rise shades. The order was placed and the arrival and installation of his shades would be a short 7 days away, just in time for his celebrated 10th birthday party. The shades arrived and were installed on the date as promised. My son is extremely happy with his birthday gift and his selection. His "remote controlled" shades are definitely a hit with all of his friends, and with me and my husband. We are considering them for the rest of our home. Thank you, Ms. Wilhelm, and the other representatives at the Frog At Home, for making this whole experience so pleasant for me and my family.

Very good service! They came to my home to show me the products. They were very friendly and professional.

I purchased fabric in February that I absolutely loved to be made into drapes. I had obtained several quotes, all I thought were extremely high especially since I already had the fabric I just needed the labor. I called the Frog at Home and spoke with Marlys. She was wonderful!!! She came out and took a look at what I wanted to do, gave me a very reasonable price and told me I would have my drapes in 3 weeks!!!! They look wonderful, they did a wonderful job on installation! I am very pleased!!!!

They helped me pick colors and types of gliter installation decided on a different type for one of the bedroom they changed it for me.

We were very happy with the quality, selection and professionalism at every stage. Even with a personnel change in mid-course, all went smoothly. We were on a tight deadline trying to get things finished before the holidays and they worked with us to meet our time frame. One of the shades had a factory defect and was replaced promptly and professionally. Frog at Home provided us all we needed to apply for a substantial rebate from Hunter Douglas and also were more than generous and fair on the pricing on draperies where their original quote proved incorrect for reasons out of their control. We could not be happier and are looking forward to contacting them again soon for some additional work we need done.

Lynne from The Frog At Home Company came to give me an estimate. She was very nice. She was very professional. She was on time. She did everything she told me she would do. She was good. However I found someone else whose design and price was better. My experience with The Frog At Home Company was excellent.

I contacted The Frog at Home to get estimates for draperies in a home i just purchased. Maria came to my home promptly on the day she was scheduled. She had a warm and pleasant personality and seemed genuinely interested in helping me look at draperies. We discussed potential solutions for my master bedroom, master bath, and daughter's room. She had nice fabrics and good ideas. I did not choose to use her services for the draperies because the pricing was high for what I needed. While it was in line with other custom drapery companies I spoke with, It was much higher than my eventual solution: drapes through JC Penney. I was shocked to see that JCP had exactly what I wanted at a fraction of the price. A little tailoring from a seamstress and they look custom installed. I did order fabric through this company to give to my upholsterer. The fabric was much more reasonably priced than the furniture store that where I initially saw the fabric (Star Furniture). Overall I would recommend The Frog at Home for any unique window treatment plans you have (e.g. usually shaped windows, two story windows, complex designs, etc.). I think they would do a very good job and their pricing is competitive for custom drapes.

They were wonderful. They call and follow up well. The guy that did the installation was a little bit quarrelsome. He smoked a cigarette and acted kind of weird and I didn't like it. Their prices were very competitive. They are a good company.

The estimators arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Unfortunately, quote was higher than one of the competing quotes and The Frog at Home was not selected. We would however not hesitate to call on them for another quote for services.

Their work was fantastic. Maria arrived at my home on time and was very professional. She was knowledgeable of the Hunter Douglas window treatments. She measured my windows, and helped me decide what was best for my needs. A quote was given and the order submitted. A couple of days later, a man arrived to measure the windows to double check her measurements and to see how the windows were installed in order to bring any special tools needed for installation. Her measurements were correct and he noticed my walls are cement and would need a special drill bit. The window treatments arrived on time and were installed promptly. The man who installed them was courteous and professional. Maria came to my home again that evening to see the final results and to make sure I was satisfied. I had made a comment to Maria that I didn't know how to hang the art on my walls due to the fact the walls were concrete (masonry blocks.) The next day Maria called to recommend someone to hang the art for me.
